I ordered a set of six reusable self-sealing water bomb baloons for my grandsons. When my daughter received the package after about three weeks shipping it contained ONE baloon! After several emails requesting a re-shipment or refund, they agreed to refund me $2, which I still haven’t seen. Luckily this was not an expensive purchase, but I do not recommend shopping at this site at all.

Wish I'd read these before ordering from this scam company. I ordered 2 packages of reusable water balloons

I should have received at least 16 water balloons total but instead after waiting 5 weeks for my package to arrive from Iceland, I received two individual water balloons, & no mesh carrier as advertised. This is bait and switch and false advertising. When I complained they said, "each balloon is sold individually, not as a set," which is nowhere clear on the webpage.

Ugh. Lesson learned. If the price looks too good to be true, it is.

So, I ordered what I thought was suntan oil & after sun lotion according to picture for $42, what I received was 2 tiny jars of something, international & now trying to communicate via email. I never order anything over seas, I ordered this back in May, so yes I'm going to say DON'T ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!

I finally received the squirrel proof feeder today May 6, 2023 after having ordered in March. This is what I ordered and what I received was only 9
8 1/2 inches high (14 inches with hanger) Cheaply made metal and flimsy cheap plastic. I am disputing.

It was ordered supposedly from England but then was coming from Italy but what I finally received was from China.

I want my money back. Complete Scam!!

In your case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Explain to them everything. You should also get a copy of the information for the tracking number from a post office that clearly shows the address where the item has been delivered and the weight of the item, which will definitely have less weight than the item you order. Show these details to the bank, credit card company, or PayPal. People who had provided this information to the bank, credit card company or PayPal, most of them have got a full refund with the help of a bank, credit card company, or PayPal.

Same as above. I ordered hummingbird feeder February 9th. They overcharged me. Got a couple of bucks refunded but this supposedly Mason jar finally arrived yesterday April 29th. It took almost 3 months and is nothing but a thin plastic piece of junk with one hole in the jar instead of a flower feeder. Worthless piece of crap. Complete scam. It was ordered supposedly from England but then was coming from Finland but what I finally received was from China. Weirdness!

  8. I ordered the hummingbird feeders in January. It took almost 4 months to receive. They are junk. Plastic with tin lids and wire hangers. I am going back and forth with them right now for my refund. I am happy to send it back to the USA. It states that it is USA made and 100% satisfaction guaranteed. HAHA. It's China. They wanted to give me $3 back out of $40. They have misrepresented their ad and I'm going through PayPal and my CC company. They are a fraudulent company. MADE IN CHINA!!!

Same as above. I ordered two hummingbird feeders on Feb 10, and have no received them. The y did respond to an email I sent by advising they have no control over the length of time it takes to deliver. Well, of course they do. They chose the carrier. The tracking says my package has been sitting in Ohio for a month. I will be contacting pay pal to try to get a refund that way.

Stay AWAY, FAR FAR AWAY. They Give You A Price For A Item Plus Shipping. Then when Get Your Credit Card Statement The CHARGE IS MORE THEN THE ORDER CONFORMATION. THE ORDER [ IF YOU ARE LUCKY TO GET IT] Will TAKE FOREVER AND FOREVER To Receive The Item. If This Should Happen To You, Call Your Payer To Stop Payment. And Notify The Company To Cancel The Order. They Will IGNORE YOUR Emails When You Ask Them About When You Might Be Receiving Your Order

  15. I made the mistake of ordering the bird feeder almost two months ago. Never received and efforts to obtain a refund have been ignored. On line customer service keeps telling me the item is in transit but that information from the carrier is not available.

Do NOT under any circumstances buy anything from this store/site!!! I ordered the humming bird jar. Its took 6 weeks to arrive and when it finally did it had a hole in it! Can't feed birds with a hole in the jar!!!! I've emailed them with pictures included for the last 2 weeks and have not gotten any response. So I'm out $20. So STAY AWAY and definitely check out ANY website before ordering.
