Only received half of order.
The same happened to me. I did contact customer service and they were no help. Told me it was too inexpensive an item for them to initiate a return. After complaining to everyone I could I was offered 10% back. Doing the math I told them I didn't feel that was acceptable and too little money for this issue. Told them instead put it correcting their website to make it clearer. Will they do it--NO. They will continue this fraud.
I also bought this product and thought I was getting all the pots plus pole and base. Was I surprised when one pot came. My husband wants me to send it back but I can't find a customer service number. Can anyone help?

I ordered the stacking flowerpot in blue. No where in the add does it say that the pots, connecting pole and the pot base with wheels need to be ordered separately. In fact there is never a pice listed for those products. As a result I received 1 (one) pot. How am I supposed to stack plants with one pot. Very disappointed with this purshase.
