Xingxya complaints. Xingxya fake or real? Xingxya legit or fraud?

What is Xingxya .com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling various products such as Simulated trees, natural growing sky gardens, CATS-9t, Unique Cat Trees, 69'' Zutphen Large Cat Tree, 69" Egremont Cat Tree, 57.1" Pomeroy Cat Tree, 67" Sechovicz Multi-level Cat Tree, Wooden Outdoor Dog House, Outdoor Woven Hanging Chair - White, Artiola Gray Wood Dog House, Outdoor Cacoon Hang Chair - Grey, Classic Tiipii Bed - Charcoal - Large, Classic Poncho Waterproof Canvas Cover - Beige - Large, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Xingxya is listed as one of the doubtful sites because of the following facts on its website:

Company Address:

It has provided its parent company's name and address as: ME&D LTD: 134 Centurion House London Road, Staines-Upon-Thames, Staines Surrey, United Kingdom, TW18 4AX on its Terms and Conditions page. However, this address can’t be verified on Google Maps or by doing Google Search since only the partial address appeared in the Maps which is pinpointed on the road. We don't find any evidence that it is operated by ME&D LTD. And this parent company's name is used by other suspicious websites as well i.e. Zihanxq, ButterflyBuy, BlueBerryBuy, Mojitobuy, Doremibuy, Tomboybuy, Veronniya, Christlams, Ororsew, PoodlePuzzle, Daccis, Everbele, Palmchalet, HeymyShops, Heallth-Link, Usoftbra, 1HotBuyer, Etsydaddy, Vyjoy, ComfyStye, Yeeww, YeClubWear, HolidayFunsStore, BlakevStore, etc. It has not provided the contact phone number on the website. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

At the time of this review, it has provided its parent company name and address ME&D LTD: 134 Centurion House London Road, Staines-Upon-Thames, Staines Surrey, United Kingdom, TW18 4AX, however, in the future it may change its parent company name and address since similar types of sites did change their parent company names and addresses in the past.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return And Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. It has stated that the buyers are responsible for shipping fees and ensuring the item is returned undamaged. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Based on the above stated facts, the conclusion can be drawn that Xingxya is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!
