Let’s tell you the reality of Vivianana through our Vivianana review as below from which you will have a clarity either a Vivianana .com scam or a trustworthy company to deal with.

Vivianana complaints. Vivianana fake or real? Vivianana legit or fraud?

What is Vivianana .com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling various products such as lamps, sun catchers, Aquarium Tank Floating Decor Little Diver, Air Fryer Disposable Liners, Banana Hair Clip, Earth Tone Claw Hair Clip (2 PCS), Easy Microwave Omelette Maker, Easy-DIY Lighted LED Crochet Set, Easy-Quilting Free-Motion Template Set, Golf Club Shaped 360° Toilet Brush Cleaner, FastSlim Lymphatic Draining Germanium Earrings, DEROL Lip Plumper Kit, LED Glitter Pedestal Christmas Candles, MegaClean Powder Cleaner, Multifunctional Trio Kitchen Peeler 3-piece Set, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Vivianana is listed under the suspicious category due to the following drawbacks:

Contact Information:

It has mentioned parent company’s name on its Contact Us and Terms of Use pages as BEIMAC COMPANY LIMITED. Let's tell you that lots of details provided on the website match with the scam and suspicious sites with the same parent company’s name. Not only that but it has provided the screenshot of this parent company name and address than directly writing on its website which is mostly done by scam site when they copy-paste the address of some other company so that no one can find their site by searching this address on Google Maps. The several other problematic websites which are operating under BEIMAC COMPANY LIMITED are Trendyspreas, Sweeey, Lhdnssin, Fjnatinh, CatAndLamp, Polostart, Dezuteo, Mofeels, Kiseen, Chromorning, Magisale, DcpatorShop, YuxineShop, Jewreo, Liopthy, Mageshi, Artsstor, SasaChics, Renokay, Keezmz, Ivyyst, Farlly, Canyouky, Warmskius, Meiokay, Ursulay, Yonoba, Woguayy, Skxzk, LuckyHousehold, Juerrs, GrobShop, MrbShops, ItarMall, etc. So, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

At the time of this review, it has provided its parent company name BEIMAC COMPANY LIMITED, however, in the future it may change its parent company name and address since similar types of sites did change their parent company names and addresses in the past.

We have found its email address "service@catandlamp .com" is not related to its domain name.

Discount and Sales offers:

It has listed lots of products on sale with heavy discount claims. Mostly scam sites are found to be offering such kind of discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

The website theme and lots of other details provided on its website match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

Its Returns Policy is found to be very unrealistic to offer any kind of return and exchange of items to its customers. It has stated that "You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping back will be deducted from your refund." Hence, we have found this kind of online store hardly make any returns and exchanges in any conditions. So, it is almost impossible to get the full or even a partial payment back from these kinds of online stores due to their confusing returning and/or exchanging provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The delivery time, customer support as well as the after sales services of these kinds of online stores are claimed to be very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of online stores.

Our Final Verdict:

Summing up all the above stated facts, we can draw the conclusion that Vivianana is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

NOTE: These kinds of sites are found to be changing their website name as well as whole content of their website from time to time. So, the following review is based on the details provided on its website on aforementioned date. If you find any other details than what we have provided on this review later, then that means this online store has changed its details. However, that still makes it a suspicious site.

Stay away from this China based horror show. They use fake tracking numbers (ones that were already used to show it was delivered), that way, if you report to PayPal, they'll show it was delivered and PayPal won't refund you. Trust me, these guys are huge criminals who advertise on Facebook and of course, get away with it thanks to Mark Zuckerberg allowing anyone and his mother to advertise.

  5. Yes, this website/company is a TOTAL SCAM!!! I lost $120.00 to them. I received nothing and when I tried to go back to my order, the website didn't exist. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

  6. I ordered my lamps weeks ago. They took my payment immediately and I have yet to receive my order. I did receive A message stating they tried to deliver said product but there was no one to sign. My neighbor has been watching my home for delivery and no such attempt has been made. I was also asked to pay a customs fee of $1.95, which I paid. Delivery was supposed to be in three days and that was over a week ago.
    BUYER BEWARE!!!

I have made many attempts to contact the company however the contact information they provided is not related to their website. I really don't know avenue to take to either get my lamp or my money back.
