JumboBean complaints. Jumbo Bean fake or real? JumboBean legit or fraud?

What is GetJumboBean.com or GetCloudBean.com?

JumboBean is an online shopping store which is selling JUMBO BEAN LARGE COMFY SACK. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Both GetCloudBean and GetJumboBean are same website. Previously, its website name was GetCloudBean/CloudBean but now it has changed its domain and website name to GetJumboBean/JumboBean. It is not the first time that it has changed its name. Before CloudBean, it was named CozyBean. It appears that it is changing its website name whenever it gets negative reviews just to hide the reality. After we post this review, it may again change its name. So, if you ever find it changes its name again, then please inform us using the comment section below.

JumboBean is classified as one of the problematic sites because of the following drawbacks:

Company Address:

It has mentioned it is operated by MAS General Commerce LTD and has provided the address as "86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE". However, when we check at "suite.endole.co.uk", we find out multiple companies have used this same address to register their company which means this address is not its physical location but just an address rented from the virtual address service provider just to register a company. You should know the fact that many scam companies have registered their companies at UK using such virtual addresses. So, this makes it very suspicious.

On top of that, this address is from UK but on its Terms of Service page, where it has provided this address, it has mentioned its services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. This is completely a mismatch information. After all, why any company from the UK will be governed by the laws of the France?

Discount and Sales offers:

It is calming to sell LARGE COMFY SACK with heavy discount offer similar to multiple problematic sites like GetCozyBean, etc.

Copied content:

Lots of content including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

Its Refund Policy makes you very difficult for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this one are also very poor as per the complaints received from the users of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned facts, it can be concluded that Get Jumbo Bean is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

Ordered 4 bags on Nov 27. Was told due to going viral on tiktok they were backlogged on shipping. I was offered an additional bag at no charge. Still have not received anything. My latest email says there was a mixup with my order and offered a refund. What a freaking scam.

I ordered 2 on November 5th. Have 34 emails back and forth with the "customer service dept" and was promise 4 different ship dates. And blamed it all on tik tok. Saying when they advertised there that it went viral and they can't keep up with the orders. This was supposed to be a Xmas gift as well.
