Duckmason complaints. Duckmason fake or real? Duckmason legit or fraud?

What is Duckmason.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling clothing and fashion items like long sleeve, vacation style, accessories, fashion long and short sets, jackets, coats, shirts, trousers, baseball jackets, t-shirts, shorts, shirts, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Duckmason is listed as one of the doubtful sites because of its following drawbacks:

Company Address:

It has provided the parent company name and address on Terms and Conditions page as Mjm Ouros (Registration Number: 814001541): 2 Square Saint Marsal, 66100 Perpignan France. However, you can find multiple problematic site with this parent company name such as Racomcc, SantaFamilyCrewShop, Micuty, Engellant, Cantlow, DeepSwear, Roujecassie, Jauseon, Lastrape, Fanoele, Villetas, MyCurvyBoutique, Bilishoppy, Chloerouje, Fionaloly, IntenseSite, VivaiaCollection, Marthion, Dellyins, Ugigina, Howshoulddo, Sheintop, Wendymaje, Suwardrobe, Marianla, etc.

It has also mentioned its another parent company’s name and address on second Terms page linked at Checkout page as NOVA SILK ROAD SARL: 37 rue des Mathurins, Paris, France. This company name is found to be used by multiple other problematic sites like Racomcc, Envirolike, RoseLinly, Factory-Niche, Ihohoho, Vsomode, Fashionfcu, CakoDress, CobeStore, Logeeky, Sislil, Ceceliam, Upsmen, Culticate, HomeLooker, PopFactors, BestOfPops, Hexiuj, DrunkTom , ReachSoulShop, Papiyou, and so on.  Moreover, it has also provided the image of its parent company’s name and address instead of writing directly on its website which is mostly done by sites when they copy-paste other company’s address so that no one can find them searching the given parent company name and address on Google. However, legit websites always provide a separate address, not the one which has been used by lots of other suspicious sites. So, this makes it a very suspicious website and we shall not trust such a company for the online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling the products at heavy discounted prices that none of the legit sites can afford to offer.

Copied Images/Content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of content including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return and Exchange Policy which is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Support and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

As per the above stated realities of this site, it can be concluded that Duckmason is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !
