I ordered a watch from Popstars.shop and they sent a completely different watch which I don't want. They refuse to pay the postage for me to return it to China and they keep offering me a discount and I can keep the watch. I have told them many times that I don't like or want the watch that they sent. I don't believe they were ever going to send the watch that they advertised and I suggest everyone stays away from this company. AVOID AVOID AVOID
This website totally misrepresents the products that it sells on its website. They show much higher quality watches on there website, after purchasing and receiving the items you'll immediately notice that the quality is substantially less then what was represented on the website. When you request a refund they offer you 10, 20 and 30% discounts to keep the poor quality products. If you continue to request a return they then tell you the return shipping will be at your cost. One more thing to remind is that if it occurs during the return process The customs duties also need to be borne by you.
But if the postage is too high, we suggest you keep the product, we can refund 30% to you. Please ask your opinion and wait for your reply.Moreover, due to the impact of covid-19, the stability of transportation is relatively poor and the timeliness is slower than before.

This website is a total scam. They show nice quality watches and products. After they are purchased online and you receive the items you see that the products that provided are not the same as the products on the website. Popstars clearly misrepresents there products and sends substandard products in there place. When you request a refund they offer you discounts to get you to keep their sub-par products. They make it very difficult to return them for a full refund. Don't purchase from this website!!!
