Cleverforums complaints. Cleverforums fake or real? Cleverforums legit or fraud?

What is CleverForums .com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling clothing and fashion products such as socks, Flannel & Corduroy Jackets, Vacation Dresses, Vintage Collection, Casual Linen, Skirts, Dress+Vest, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Company Address:

This online store has provided its parent company's name and address on its Contact Us, About Us and Terms of Service pages as Chongqing Xueying Clothing Co., Ltd. No. 258, Xiongshi Street, Ziwei Community, Zheng'an Street, Kaizhou District, Chongqing. Google Maps can't find the exact match of this address.

Another parent company's name and address is provided on its Checkout page as CHOC TRADING CO., LTD. Like other similar sites which are providing parent company’s name such as Bumperr, Btree and so on, it has also provided the image of its parent company’s name and address instead of writing directly on its website which is mostly done by sites when they copy-paste other company’s address so that no one can find them searching the given parent company name and address on Google. Moreover, this parent company's name and address is found to be provided by other suspicious sites like HeltalkShop, SectalkShop, Zlicod, Indispe, MixBigSale, Awesomefz, Cheractor, Pixlobu, Bakayx, Goorcc, RreBuyers, Vanmeti, BuffSale, Snowhb, HeyMayDay, Galacmart, Jiketax, MetickMall, Luckofen, Canboe, Royalbelli, Burnefly, Hapyyer, Platinul, Motofiwioy, Orrebol, Hottsellrz, Alovcash, etc. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of details provided on its website including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. It has stated that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

As per the aforesaid facts, the conclusion can be drawn that CleverForums is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

  1. Such a scam! They took $40 from me, never received anything and their site is down. The service email also does not exist! Can't get my money back and so disappointed.

  2. CleverForums is a complete scam site. The site has since been taken down and their service email address bounces. I made the mistake of making a purchase of three vintage dresses and received three of exactly the same, cheap, tawdry, see-through, black/silver shirt "dresses" made of very cheap material. They are not worth $2 (total). It was a complete bait-and-switch scam and I have filed a dispute with PayPal.
