I also ordered a dancing and singing 6 ft Xmas tree. It arrived this morning just like a 12 inch branch absolutely a con.we’re can I get in touch to have my money back.I ordered 2.one for my niece.

Look u Sent a tree which is about 5inch long so where the 6ft tree look will be contacting my bank and to u trading in false advertising so get this sorted or send the proper tree u r advertising
Like many others ordered the Magical Christmas Tree. Advertised as 6 foot. Eventually arrived ........18 inch plain tree that fit through letter box and that I could of bought from local £1 shop.
Waiting for refund
Ordered all singing dancing xmas tree. Arrived almost one month later and nothing like a tree...it was just a Branch!!! Absolute con merchants. I am going to pursue getting my money back. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE ...Company name GALACMART
Ordered the remote controlled, light up magic christmas tree. Took approx 4 weeks to arrive. Didn't get the 6ft tree I was expecting received a 12" one that fit through my letterbox !! Have received full refund.

I also got caught on this site with a tree, paid 25 pounds for a fir tree, and sent a Chinese branch worth 50 pence. In general, scammers from India for sure !!! Do not try to buy anything on this site !!!
Waiting delivery of Christmas tree
I ordered a Christmas tree from this company, but have not heard anything from them about it, the money was taken out of my account
Bought a chair from this site got a chair but nothing like the one I ordered. Offered me £4.50 to keep chair they sent. Next offer was £15.00 have refused that. Waiting to see what happens next. Advice don't buy from this site....
