Dear Lovey might be a fraudulent online store due to the following reasons:-

# It hasn't provided any contact phone number. It has provided its company's address as "Room C, 2nd Floor, Capital Trade Centre,62 Tsun Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong" on its "Privacy Policy" page. However, you can find multiple problematic sites using the same address such as FamilyEngraved, GetNameNecklace, TheFamilyNecklace, Belemom, Gemadam, BestBirthStone, and so on.

# It has provided the fake trust seal logos of Norton on its cart and checkout pages. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

# It is selling items at an unrealistic cheap prices which is too good to be true and problematic sites can afford to offer such offers.

# Most of the scam online stores copy-paste lots of details from other scam websites. It has also done the same. Actually, there are multiple sites that look almost the same as this site which have lots of similar details only with different domain names such as FamilyEngraved, GetNameNecklace, Roseinside, TheFamilyNecklace, Belemom, Gemadam, BestBirthStone and so on.

# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

I haven't received my purchase as of yet which was ordered on December 17, 2022. This has me wondering if this company is legitimate.

I purchased a personalized ring from Dear Lovely and I received it and it was exactly what I ordered I love it! The only complaint I have is the edges of the ring where the stones are reinforce are a little sharp but other then that it's beautiful.

I just got cufflinks from these guys and they thankfully are exactly what I ordered.
So relieved as I have had some crappy experiences lately with online purchases.

Made a purchase with DearLovey. I ordered the children’s cutlery set in purple with the unicorn design and my granddaughters name.

What I received was not actually what I ordered. I did receive the knife and fork in the colour, design and name however the teaspoon and desert spoon had the design and name but the colour was not purple. It was more a brown. Have contacted them and they have contacted me back asking for pics. I have sent the pics but not received a response yet.

Not overly happy that my order was not accurate.
