Either is a Gemadam scam or genuine?

These days there are lots of scam online stores. So, it’s better to do some research before you purchase anything from new online stores. Most of the new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. So, if you want to find out either is a Gemadam fraud or not, either it is delivering purchased items to its clients on time or not, you can check our analysis and comment sections below. If you can’t find any comment below but you have some experience dealing with the Gemadam online store, then you can place your own comment below and share with us your experience with Gemadam.

Our Analysis on Gemadam: Below are some tips that will help you to identify either is a Gemadam fake or real:-

# You can check either any online store is secured properly or not. You should know that legit online stores never compromise on their security whereas scam ones don’t care about their website security and even try to trick people by showing the fake trust seal logos of McAfee, Norton and so on. In order to identify the provided trust seal logos are real or not, you can click on them which should send you to the official verification webpage of respective trust seal providers. If the provided trust seals are not clickable or if they don’t send you to the official verification webpages of respective trust seal providers when you click on them, then you should know those are fake trust seals. You should avoid all online stores with fake trust seal logos. In the case of Gemadam, we have found the fake trust seal logos of Norton on its cart and checkout pages.

# Most of the scam online stores don’t provide their company’s address or contact phone number. Some scam online stores provide fake contact details. So, always check the provided contact details are real or not before shop from any new online stores. In the case of Gemadam, it hasn't provided any contact phone number. The company's address of Gemadam (Room C, 2/F, Capital Trade Centre, 62 Tsun Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong) belongs to multiple companies like SparksAndFly, Tflsell, BestBirthStone, Belemom and so on which is very suspicious. On top of that, Socialenterprise.org.hk and Google Map reveal this address belongs to AESIR LTD (aesir.hk) which has not any connection with Gemadam. So, it proves Gemadam hasn't provided the real company's address and has copy-pasted its address from other sites. (Now these sites have changed their company's address as OFFICE 3A , 12/F, KAISER CENTRE, NO. 18 CENTRE STREET, SAI YING PUN, HONG KONG ).

# Most of the scam online stores sell items at a very cheap price, so always be cautious with online stores that offer you the items on sale at a very cheap price. If something is too good to be true, then most of the time that is not true. Gemadam is also offering a heavy discount rate.

# Most of the scam online stores copy-paste lots of details from other scam websites. So, check the details like product details, product images, website theme, Terms of Service, About Us details, Privacy Policy, Return Policy and so on provided on any online stores match with other sites or not. Also, try to find blunders. For example, some online stores mention their Terms of Service is governed by the laws of some country but provide their company’s address which belongs to another country. So, if you find such copy-paste blunders in any online store, you should know they are not good online stores. In the case of Gemadam, we have found it has copy-pasted lots of details from other websites such as its Terms And Conditions, Privacy Policy and so on. Actually, there are multiple sites that look almost the same and have lots of similar details only with different domain names such as BestBirthStone, Belemom and so on.

# Try to find out the complaints posted by users. Most of the time you can find out lots of complaints posted by users of online stores if they are not doing good. Scam online stores always have a bunch of complaints and very few or almost zero positive reviews. So, check the complaints around the internet for any online stores before you purchase something from those online stores.

  1. I placed my order on December 8th, 2019 with Gemadam for a spoon ring with engravings and birthstone. It took about 10 days to process the order and then I was provided a tracking number. Today is January 16th, 2020 and my ring finally arrived. I was skeptical because of the wait time and had begun to think I had been scammed. Thankfully I wasn't and it was exactly what I had ordered. Other than taking a while to get here, the only other complaint is that the engraving is a little small, but could be due to the band's width being smaller. I am extremely happy with the product and look forward to ordering again sometime soon, exercising patience.
