  1. I ordered three black masks, but I was charged for a 4th mask. I finally received three masks, but did not receive the fourth mask. I filed a dispute with PayPal and they sent me an email that my case was denied because the company said my shipment was delivered. It's the principle involved that counts. I either want another mask shipped to me or the money refunded. Now, I can't get in touch with Customer Service to continue my dispute. I would strongly suggest you DO NOT ORDER anything from this company.

This company is still scamming everyone! I put in my credit card info to find out what the total would be. Wouldn't arrive for a while and then I read these scam reviews and went back to the website and never hit "Submit". Well, in a day I got an email about my "order" (never made) and they fraudulently charged my credit card. The masks didn't arrive for more than two weeks, and to get a refund I would have had to PAY to send them back. Our credit card has refunded my money, but this is such a shady enterprise. Be careful and don't give them ANY info!

They are totally a scam. I ordered the five for price of four set. They arrived fairly quickly. But once I opened them, I saw they were VERY cheaply made, and probably wouldn't last long. I immediately asked for a refund. Like the commenter above, first they offered a small refund just to keep them. Then after I replied no, was offered a slightly larger refund just to keep them. Finally they relented in offering a full refund. When the original package arrived, the return address was in Irvine, CA. The label even stated the words "Return to". When asked to return them, I asked if they wanted all five or just the four unopened ones. They replied all five, plus that they wouldn't provide either a return shipping label or pay for return shipping. I smelled scam again. Also during this exchange three different people returned my emails. The third one named Charm Palpal. Really?! So, I returned the five masks to the Irvine address, and provided Dacron with the tracking number. They arrived at the Irvine address on 1/6/21. I waited four days for at least acknowledgement of the return, and hopefully my refund. When they finally replied two more days later, they informed me they never received them. Finally on 1/12/21 they informed me that they could not refund any amount to me until the masks arrived at their warehouse in downtown LA. An address that I was seeing and knowing about for the first time that day. I then started a complaint with Paypal who I used for payment. I sent another email asking two questions. 1) Why was a return address on the original package an Irvine address, rather than a Los Angeles address? A label that clearly stated, "Return to", not just the address. 2) Why they had waited until AFTER I'd return shipped the masks to give me this new Los Angeles address. Today, I received another email from a fourth person, not answering either question. Not even mentioning either question. Just that their "policy" is that they can't issue a refund until I get the masks to the Los Angeles address. How in hell am I supposed to get a package from Irvine to Los Angeles? I then got their phone # 205-857-3029 from Paypal. I called four times. Always beginning my conversation with a request for a supervisor. The first hung up on me. The second asked for my zip code then name, but still provided no super, then hung up on me. The third told me all supervisors were too busy, and hung up on me. The fourth, again wanting zip code and name. I refused my name and demanded a super. She then told me to wait while she got someone. 4-5 mins passed and finally I was hung up on a FOURTH time. I then called Paypal again. After telling this entire story, Paypal issued me a full refund. I just checked my phone, and the #205-851-3024 is located in Alabama!!! Not Irvine or Los Angeles!!! So, don't believe the positive reviews here. They are most definitely from Dacron themselves. DACRON IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!

  4. I ordered the 10 pack and they sent me 6 individual masks in a mailing envelop without any paperwork inside. Contacted their "customer service" department and it took them a week to respond. After the runaround a month later they say I now need to send them the mailing label which was tossed in the garbage. A reputable company would have made good on the short shipment. This site is a scam.

    1. I ordered masks from this company on 12/21/2020 and never received them. They had charged me 50.93. I called them and they said that they would get back to me within 72 hours to let me know when my masks would arrive. They are blaming FedEx for the delay as they are focused on delivering the vaccine. I bought that until I contacted FedEx and they never even received the package to be delivered. I finally called again and asked for a refund. They kept try to give me discount after discount, however, they were not replacing the order. They finally gave me a refund that was not the entire amount that I had paid. They were keeping the tax amount. I had to call yet again to make sure I get the full refund. In my opinion, this is not an honest company.

Jan, try contacting your credit card company, If it's fraud, most will take your side and refund your money. I wish I'd googled "Dacron Black Mask reviews" at the start! Good luck. There is a different rep who writes each time and doesn't know what the others have written OR received

  5. Definitely real. I got my order of 5 today and have to say loving the mask

Dacron Black Masks are certainly not a scam site. I ordered a total of 16 of their masks, was sent order numbers, tracking numbers, and they all arrived as described and in due time. I was in contact with them several times throughout the process and they were most helpful and polite

The pricing was a bait and switch play. U spin the wheel for your discount level. I had already checked the price to buy 3 masks. I got a 70% off win and thought why not. When I tried to order it indicated the price was $29.99 and with 70% off $8.99. So everyone gets the 70% off. Spinning the wheel means nothing. I would have to say scam.

    1. Thanks, Carolyn. I also read other sites where customers said that the quality was terrible and didn't hold up. Maybe the two people who were complimentary haven't tried to wash the masks yet! I don't see any place where a lot of people say how good these masks are.
