We’ve labeled CurveDream as a dubious online store because of these reasons:

Company Address:

Previously, it had provided the company’s address on its Contact Us page as Haiguang Building, No.33 Shuixian Road, Siming District, Xiamen. Google Maps was unable to find the exact match of this address. However, now it has deleted this address.

Instead, now it has provided its company address as, Flat/Rm 1707, 17/F, Yip Sheung Hei Street,San Po Kong, Kowloon Hong Kong.

However, this address is from Hong Kong, but it has mentioned its Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. So, either is a CurveDream from Hong Kong or France?

This mismatch info and frequent changes of its company address is making it more doubtful. On top of that, it hasn't provided the contact phone number as well.

Security of the website:

The presence of a fake Norton, McAfee, etc. trust seal logo on its Checkout page raises concerns about its security.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

In our investigation, we found that CurveDream uses product images in its catalog that are not unique to the site. This suggests that the images may have been copied from other websites or that the store is reselling products. Also, we noticed similarities in website details and theme between CurveDream and several problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return and Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

Based on complaints received from buyers of similar websites, it has been reported that the customer support and delivery time of sites similar to this site are often very poor.

Customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the level of support provided by these websites and have experienced delays in receiving their orders.

Moreover, even its own customers have placed lots of complaints against it, which you can find on sites like Trustpilot, Sitejabber, etc.

They tried to offer me $30.00 instead of returning the merchandise. The merchandise I purchased was worth almost twice that amount. Very thin material. Very inaccurate sizing. No return slips. Difficult communication and time consuming. They did not provide return info until I informed them my credit card company was investigating them.

STAY AWAY! POOR customer service and POOR quality merchandise.

DO NOT Order anything from them! They do not willing provide a return slip or their address and make it extremely difficult and time consuming to try and return anything. They finally provided me a return address when I informed them that I reported it to my credit card and was disputing the charge

The merchandise is very flimsy. The material is VERY thin. The sizing is very inaccurate. I ordered two tops that were supposed to be extra large and they were more like extra small. They might fit a 10 year old not a grown woman!

They really took their time providing me a return address and the whole thing was very time consuming. I am still trying to get my money back! Waiting for my credit card companies decision and for them to acknowledge the return.

I am also having trouble getting a return slip, which should have been provided with the shipment originally. No phone number listed for customer service. Clothes are made from paper thin material and sizing is ridiculous small.

It does sound like one of those Chinese companies I got duped with once before. Was unable to return expensive dresses that were listed as 100% cotton and were NOT!

  7. I received my order in about 3 weeks. However the material is cheap and way too small! I have been emailing them everyday for 2 weeks trying to get the info to return. All emails have been bumped back on their site form. I sent through from my own email and were received, but I have not heard one thing! I am beyond frustrated!!

Tried to cancel order - no process to canel. Tried to send email to customer service - the email bounces back. Tried to file complaint with PayPal and stop payent - PayPal totally uncooperative. Says they can't do anything with this company. I'm usually a more savvy shopper than this. Damn!

Well, I feel stupid! I thought their clothes were super cute. I read several reviews which stated they were a legit company. I just placed an order of $200. When will I learn? I’m hoping my items won’t be horrific - but I’m feeling I’ve been duped!

I'm still waiting for them to reply to my numerous e-mails asking for a refund. As of yet, they have not replied. I will be calling my credit card company and filing a dispute with them. It seems funny that I put it on my Mastercard and they in turn charged it to PayPal.

I ordered two shirts in December 2022 and never got them. Through many emails, they are blaming me for not having the correct address, however, in one of the emails they sent, they verified what they had and it was correct so...so mad! They had the nerve to tell me if I wanted my items now, I would have to pay $10 more for shipping. I am sad I was duped and feel stupid and angry! People definitely need to report this to the FTC as well as the BBB, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. They also emailed me from SiteJabber...whatever that is.

And to the person who mentioned the Clark Shoes RECALL... I have yet to receive the return bag to get these recalled shoes back to them for my refund. These people suck!

Well lesson learned. After reading everybody else's reviews, at least I'm not alone. Curvedreams had no problem taking my money but when a couple things didn't fit, they offered me a discounted price to keep the items. No way! I wanted a full refund. Fat chance! Do NOT buy from this company unless you dont mind losing money. I sure mind.

So far everything I've read puts at a scam site. Placed order over a month ago. Took my money and still haven't heard when shipping.
I want a ship date. I will go to my bb and let them know.

I simply want to say that, in partial agreement, the items described for plus size are cut very very small and have no give to them. They were super cute and I was very disappointed that I had to return. I always look at the return policy before I buy... the return process, I saw the very limited window so I tried on my order within 24 hrs of receipt and then had to search for contact information which was a little time consuming. But contrary to other reviews, I had excellent multiple emails with customer service and followed their protocol. Today, Paypal received 100% refund. Which was a wonderful relief!

You might also warn web site shoppers to beware of being by scams using familiar logos. For example your ad may show the logo of CLARK SHOES. When you click to transfer into the site it’s actually name other than the authentic Clark website. The shoes are cardboard and they smell awful.

Curie Dreams is a unworthy compagny. Last year! I bought 3 blouses and 1 pair of pant. This Company just changes their name from Chicmara to Curves Dreams but it is the same items and the same websites. The clothes I've received look awful, not like at all on the pictures on their website, the fabrics was so so cheap, the cut and confection were badly done, garments very cheap, everything was so cheap. They didn't respect at all their return and refund policies. Since, I paid with PayPal. I had to made a reclamation asking them to talk with the compagny because they never answered any of my 3 emails asking them for the address for a return and refund. I battled for 6 months with PayPal calling them every 10 days before they close my reclamation every time you forget to call. Finally,I had to show all my proof of returning my package and to be firm and talk louder to a superior before PayPal accepted to refund me and not the compagny. Curve Dreams alias Chicmara is a Chinese compagny and they never acknowledge that they received my package. May be they had to change their name to continue working with PayPal as a system of ordering and payment. Awful experience of buying on line. Awful clothes. Unworthy compagny. Never buy from that website.
