Cotosen complaints. Cotosen fake or real? Cotosen legit or fraud?

What is Cotosen.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling different fashion items like tops, outerwears, bottoms, accessories, footwears and so on. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Cotosen as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address and other information:

It has provided its parent company’s name and address as “SHENESS LTD: Leontiou A, 167, HAWAII KAMELIA COURT 3022 / Limassol, Cyprus on its Terms and Conditions page instead of Contact Us or About Us page and that is also by taking a screenshot of the address instead of directly writing the address on its website. Normally, the scam sites provide their company’s address in that way so that no one can find them by searching on Google. However, the same company's name and address has been claimed by multiple sites such as Zoomdoll, Cojain, Monicara, Guyeasy, Coshein, Desities, Freeswoo, Supremesco, Ellemodes, SofiaLooks, Amentype, Monfina, Mama-Mom, Finensly, NewsUpTv, Teaprotect, Ifoull, GoveClothers, Vivicla, Roselsa, FannyMe, TheStumpfWtdouwant, Locewell, Uweres, Ihrehose, Newclothin, Goleo, Lvitsing, Minipiki, 2LoveIt, MyeDate, TigreBox, Aopilo and so on. Legit sites will mention on their website if the same company is operating multiple sites. But, it hasn’t provided any information about its connection with other sites whose contact details it has been using. So, it looks like this site hasn’t provided the real contact details and has copy-pasted those details from other websites.

Copied Images/Content:

Lots of content as well as website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is offering unreasonable discounts and sales offers on the price of lots of products it sells which seems unrealistic. Hence most of the scam sites do so to attract people in their website.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return and Exchange Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus to be eligible for the return and exchange of items purchased. So, it is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Support and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to it is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Cotosen is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

Ironic that Google is serving Cotosen ads all over this page.

  2. Total Scam Chinese company. Ordered 5 shirts and never received the merchandise, its been over 3 months. Disputed the transcation with Capitol One; they denied the dispute because Cotosen stated I received the merchandise. Thanks Capitol One. Stay far away from this company.

I am quite embarrassed that i talked myself into going against the reviews I read about this so called "online store." I seriously should have heeded the reviews. They have an incredibly appealing website, but that's as far as it goes. I placed my order on January 13, and have tracked my order several times. Every single time I look it up, it says "order being prepared." I would simply say to anyone who is thinking of ordering from them - DON'T DO IT. You will throw your money away.

The rugged outdoor pullover that cost me $40.00 was nothing like what I ordered. My daughter say's it looks like a woman's blouse! It's also so tight it can't be worn if I wanted too...X/L is loose on me this was so tight I couldn't wear it if I wanted to. No communication...a total ripoff, I'm thankful they only got me for $40.00

I also placed an order and received different low quality items I did not order. I used PayPal and after many, many messages with Cotosen I was issued a refund. Total SCAM!

Do not buy from this firm.
    Con artists.
    Delivery took two weeks.
The trousers where terrible, bad material, tiny pockets.
Then i tried to return them and it just got ridiculous. Mail after mail trying to get out of the right to a refund. One offer after the other wasting the 30 day return time to the result of no return or refund and the worst ever customer service every. Be aware there's no return what so ever, cheep nasty materials and pathetic service. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS FIRM
