What is Chufie.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling various clothing and fashion products like sweaters, cardigans, tops, dresses, two piece sets, loungewear, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Chufie is listed as one of the suspicious sites on the basis of following grounds:

Company Address:

It has provided its online merchant and billing statement name on its Contact Us page as CUGO HOLDINGS CO., LTD.: 6 Prospect Way, Royal Oak Industrial Estate, Daventry, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom, NN11 8PL and that is also by taking a screenshot of the company’s name instead of directly writing the company’s name on its website. Normally, the scam sites have provided their company’s address in that way so that no one can find them by searching on Google. This company is registered from UK. You should know the fact that there are multiple scam companies registered from the UK. Actually, it is very easy to register a company in the UK by providing the virtual address which you can rent from the virtual address provider services as well as by providing the third person identities. Even you can register a company in the UK without a big hassle. And this company name and address are found to be used by other sites like Beokco, Gucccs, Aikmic, Shouldnow, Fullinluv, Sprintjoy, Lyagain, DinoIntheBox, Buttonwholing and so on.

Security of the website:

It has provided the fake trust seal logo of McAfee on its home Checkout page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing. Lots of content as well as the its website theme are also matching with other similar type of sites.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is providing unreasonable discounts and sales offers on lots of products it sells which seems unrealistic and too good to be true. Hence most of the scam sites adopt this kind of strategy to attract people to their websites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return/Exchange Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus which for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of this online store are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Chufie is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck.

RUN, RUN, RUN! DO NOT buy anything from this company. Beautifully displayed on their website through facebook but NOT cotton blend. As someone previously stated, more like an old fashioned polyester. Poor fitting as well.

Poor Service. Order848559 I bought a blouses and I have contacted Chufie at least three times to find out how I can exchange it for a larger size. No response.
This is the first time, and the last time I will order anything from Cufie.

My experience precisely. Have not received 3 blouses ordered over a month ago. I should know better than to order from Instagram/Facebook advertisement. Told me shipping delayed because one item wouldn't be ready for a week and offered to cancel that item from order. I was willing to wait so receive order complete. Size/fabric/style are up in air. Certainly will NEVER order again from Chufie or any social media advertising again.

Don't use, they are scammers. Shirts not cotton, sizing wrong, very confusing as to where & how to refund, various sights to go to. No one gets back to you. 21/7 service, I think not.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I have contacted my credit card company’s dispute department & they are investigating their fraudulent activities. I have wasted so much time emailing Chufie.com , asking for a full refund because they offered me a $20 for a $98 purchase of three tops that look nothing like what is shown online!

  5. RUN! Don't order!!! SCAM!! TERRIBLE!!!! The website claims they are cotton blend, no way! No labels or washing instructions in the blouses. I am disputing with my credit card company. Those scammers are smart, they charge your card the day after you order, and don't ship for over a month. Ordered 2/5, charged 2/6, notification of shipping 3/11, received 3/28!! So they make sure they get their money, then try and offer you a partial refund and tell you to keep the stuff. When I finally got a return address it was over $100 to ship it (the cheapest way possible) back to Liaobu Town Dongguan Guangdon!! #chufiescam

  6. Horrendous quality material, 100 % polyester and dreadful shape/cut. Do not look anything like the picture. Nothing good to say and about to begin trying to get a refund....I can’t imagine I’ll ever see my mover again. Lesson learnt!

Agree with the other comments here. The items they sent were of disappointing quality and did not fit. I contacted them about arranging for return with multiple unsatifactory replies that never included any instructions about how to actually return : (1) Hello, We are really sorry that you are not satisfied with the good but can you please send us some pictures? Thank you for your understanding. (2) We are really sorry that you are not satisfied with the good. Our products are made according to the size chart on the website. The maximum difference is 2cm. Please understand. (3) Sorry for giving you a bad shopping experience. we can compensate you part of the amount. We are willing to offer you USD$10 refund as a compensation. OK? These responses would be funny except they are really not.

  8. I placed an order on Feb 26/21. I was charged immediately on my card. I've contacted them several times inquiring about my order. I'm getting what I consider "the run around" First it was the material wasn't available to make the tops, and most recently delayed due to Covid. I also asked where the items are being sent from, they didn't reply to that. I finally requested a refund. Their response is, "why".
Maybe they're legit, but I wouldn't recommend unless you feel 100% the company is legitimate.

I agree that Chufie is a scam company! I did receive my order and the shirts were clearly screen printed knock- offs. Very disappointing. b

  10. It took almost six weeks for my order to arrive, but it finally did. I am disappointed in the fabric as the website says that the tops are a "cotton blend". What I received is what I call old fashioned polyester. I am in a hot climate so I don't know if I will be able to wear these tops unless it's 30° Outdoors! Also, the length of the tops is short buy 1 to 2 inches, based on what I saw on the website sizing charts, so I won't be ordering from this company again.

I recently purchased 3 tops from Chufie and when received all were sized differently. I’ve emailed back and forth with them asking for a refund. I’ve only gotten as far as them finally offering me a discount. I’ve been scammed by this company, DON’T buy from Chufie because they do not stand by customer satisfaction!?

  12. I ordered a top and it was lovely when it came and the size was true to sizing

I ordered 2 shirts over a month ago and have yet to receive them. After several attempts to contact the seller regarding a ship date, I decided to cancel. I received a reply that I would be charged a fee to cancel! I said I would be happy to accept delivery although there is no ship date yet and the items are no longer wearable until next year, given that it is now summer and they had long sleeves! I would never order from this company.

I recently made a purchase of 3 tops from Chufie advertised on Facebook . They look awesome on the site , after placing the order I became suspicious, and immediately tried to cancel the order , sent an email same day , March 6, 2021 . The email was not accepted. March 10th, 2021 I received an email stating the order could not be cancelled, that it already had been shipped. I have since disputed this with my Credit Card company. Chufie is a dishonest business , Don’t trust them .

I Just got scammed by them. I purchased three items in mid-January. Made sure I qualified for free shipping. I have received nothing to date. I have been following up with them - they gave me multiple excuses. Now they told me one item (the one I really wanted) is not available. They did not refund the full price of that item - rather just a portion because I apparently do not qualify for free shipping now. And I cannot cancel my order and get a full refund! Out my money and no items received.
