Chufie complaints Chufie fake or real Chufie legit or fraud

What is Chufie.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling various clothing and fashion products like sweaters, cardigans, tops, dresses, two piece sets, loungewear, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Chufie is listed as one of the suspicious sites on the basis of following grounds:

Company Address:

It has provided its online merchant and billing statement name on its Contact Us page as CUGO HOLDINGS CO., LTD.: 6 Prospect Way, Royal Oak Industrial Estate, Daventry, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom, NN11 8PL and that is also by taking a screenshot of the company’s name instead of directly writing the company’s name on its website. Normally, the scam sites have provided their company’s address in that way so that no one can find them by searching on Google. This company is registered from UK. You should know the fact that there are multiple scam companies registered from the UK. Actually, it is very easy to register a company in the UK by providing the virtual address which you can rent from the virtual address provider services as well as by providing the third person identities. Even you can register a company in the UK without a big hassle. And this company name and address are found to be used by other sites like Beokco, Gucccs, Aikmic, Shouldnow, Fullinluv, Sprintjoy, Lyagain, DinoIntheBox, Buttonwholing and so on.

Security of the website:

It has provided the fake trust seal logo of McAfee on its home Checkout page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing. Lots of content as well as the its website theme are also matching with other similar type of sites.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is providing unreasonable discounts and sales offers on lots of products it sells which seems unrealistic and too good to be true. Hence most of the scam sites adopt this kind of strategy to attract people to their websites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return/Exchange Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus which for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of this online store are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Chufie is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck.

RUN, RUN, RUN! DO NOT buy anything from this company. Beautifully displayed on their website through facebook but NOT cotton blend. As someone previously stated, more like an old fashioned polyester. Poor fitting as well.

Poor Service. Order848559 I bought a blouses and I have contacted Chufie at least three times to find out how I can exchange it for a larger size. No response.
This is the first time, and the last time I will order anything from Cufie.

My experience precisely. Have not received 3 blouses ordered over a month ago. I should know better than to order from Instagram/Facebook advertisement. Told me shipping delayed because one item wouldn't be ready for a week and offered to cancel that item from order. I was willing to wait so receive order complete. Size/fabric/style are up in air. Certainly will NEVER order again from Chufie or any social media advertising again.

Don't use, they are scammers. Shirts not cotton, sizing wrong, very confusing as to where & how to refund, various sights to go to. No one gets back to you. 21/7 service, I think not.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I have contacted my credit card company’s dispute department & they are investigating their fraudulent activities. I have wasted so much time emailing Chufie.com , asking for a full refund because they offered me a $20 for a $98 purchase of three tops that look nothing like what is shown online!

  5. RUN! Don't order!!! SCAM!! TERRIBLE!!!! The website claims they are cotton blend, no way! No labels or washing instructions in the blouses. I am disputing with my credit card company. Those scammers are smart, they charge your card the day after you order, and don't ship for over a month. Ordered 2/5, charged 2/6, notification of shipping 3/11, received 3/28!! So they make sure they get their money, then try and offer you a partial refund and tell you to keep the stuff. When I finally got a return address it was over $100 to ship it (the cheapest way possible) back to Liaobu Town Dongguan Guangdon!! #chufiescam
