What is CentralityOne.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling multiple products like HandMade Painted Metal CenturyPlant, HandMade Painted Metal Cactus, Bee House Hanging Decor, Rooster Windmill Garden Decor, Cat Garden Sculpture, Steel Branch Gnomes Decoration, Old Man Bird Feeder Tree Statues, 【Rhythm of Wind】Japanese Wind chimes Mount Fuji, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

CentralityOne is listed as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address and contact phone number of this online store are not given on its website whereas legit companies shall always provide such information on their websites. This makes it clear it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is providing heavy discounts on lots of products it sells that seems too good to be true and only the scam and problematic sites can afford to offer such offers.

Copied content:

Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which says that you are responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise. It is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Summing up all the above facts, we have come up with the conclusion that CentralityOne is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!.

I received my order and it took over a month. As previous reviews mentioned the Century Plant was not as nice as I expected and they were light weight. I was perplexed how to secure them into the ground and tried to contact the Centrality One. I got a complete run around and found them to be Rude and evaded the question on how to secure them into the ground. I want everyone to know that there company is Rude and the items did come from China. I paid extra to get them sooner and what a Joke!! I also asked them to refund my money on the length of time it took to get the items. I learned a valuable lesson!!

My wife says she would give it a zero if possible. When the box arrived, she suggested that it may be the handmade century plant, but I told her the box was too small. I hate eating crow – but there it was, this little flimsy metal peace that will be lost in the flower garden. My wife could not be more disappointed in the quality of the product. Pay close attention to the exchange policy because when you order it, it’s yours – no refunds or returns. We are spoiled by all the great companies like Amazon that send you a return shipping label and take products back with little if any questions. We ultimately take responsibility for this order but want to caution others to pay close attention to the return policy and stated dimensions. Sometimes things look bigger in the rearview mirror. ? With our greatest disappointment. Dr Moss

  6. I feel silly for not checking reviews. Mine just arrived, and although it says that they come from the US they actually come from China. They do not come with the stakes that it says they come with, and the website also says that they will patina and not rust however, the instructions on the inside say they will rust. They are not hand painted but are printed and that print scratches off quite easily. This company is a SCAM. Upon further investigation there is an artist named Omar Wysong. It appears they have stolen his photos to use for their website.

  8. Scam. The website is a joke and all of their pictures are copy and pasted from other websites. That’s why you don’t buy things off of Facebook. Someone is always trying to make money off of the gullible.

It took over almost two months to receive the century plants. They are very flimsy. We did not receive the 15% quantity discount. They would not refund the discount. They did not include stakes to secure to the ground as described in their FAQs. They claim they are made in the USA but came through customs.
One tracking report said they were in Witchita, another claimed Texas during shipment. All responses come during the night. Chinese company is my guess.

    Century Plants....

The century plants were super small and did not look like the ones they advertise. The box was was damaged on one end. The tips were bent and damaged. They use very thin cheap metal and are cheaply made. The triple color paint was poorly done. I emailed them about how unsatisfied I was and that their product doesn’t look anything like the ones that they advertise. Cost me $92 and when I got them and they were damaged and so cheap looking I threw them in the garbage. I would not buy anything from this company again. They should be put out of business for false advertising. If you order from them you will be sorely disappointed. Good luck trying to get a refund or any kind of response from this company.

it took a month for the products to arrive. I was not happy with the light weight products. I put them on my yard and a slight breeze would knock them over. I ask for a refund....their reply was "Since we’ve sent what you ordered, it won't be supported to return or exchange."........Scammers CentralityOne
