What is Castratex .com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling various products such as Elroy 32” Wide Tufted Wingback Chair and Ottoman, Modern 7-Seat Modular Sofa Velvet Upholstered Modular Sofa with Ottoman & Pillow, FACTORY WAREHOUSE CLEARING INVENTORY DAMIS 42.5” WIDE TUFTED, 4- Pieces Textilene Rope Woven Outdoor Sectional Sofa Set with Removable Cushion Pillow, 39.4" Round Wooden Small Dining Table with 4 Upholstered Chairs Set, Dressing table with rotating cabinet mirror and stool, Modern Round Coffee Table with Storage Lift, Ferrell 100.8'' x 144'' Rectangular Cantilever Umbrella, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Castratex is classified as one of the fraudulent sites because of the following facts on its website:

Company Address:

The parent company’s name and address is provided on its Terms and Service page as PRIMTECH LIMITED: 201b.7 Cardinal Point, Park Road, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, England, WD3 1RE and that is also by taking a screenshot of the company’s name instead of directly writing the company’s name on its website. Normally, the scam sites have provided their company’s address in that way so that no one can find them by searching on Google. Google Maps is showing some structure in the given address where there are multiple other business entities but we don't find any shop or store or business outlet with the name Castratex or Primtech Limited on or around the provided address. We also found that Primtech Limited acts as a representative office, providing solutions and technical service, on behalf of world-leading equipment manufacturers who wish to offer their products and solutions to customers in Israel. And we don't find any evidence that this site is operated by Primtech Limited. So it must be using this parent company name and address just randomly. This company name and address is also found to be used by other websites i.e. Xhoods, FlameDay, MoreLegant, ShopinLucky, Fabricuty, Northkith, Durian-Us, Jellycan, IShowHappy, Kunyumi, FoggyLove, Katlory, UrbanAmys, AliensBuy, Nvlfjy, Willevan, Denimms, Credvita, etc. Its contact phone number is missing from the website. Hence, we shall not trust such an unprofessional site for the online shopping.

At the time of this review, it has provided its parent company name and address PRIMTECH LIMITED: 201b.7 Cardinal Point, Park Road, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, England, WD3 1RE, however, in the future it may change its parent company name and address since similar types of sites did change their parent company names and addresses in the past.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at unrealistic cheap rates that none of the legit stores can afford to offer even on Black Friday or Cyber Monday.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple scam sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Summing up all the aforementioned facts, we can draw the conclusion that Castratex is one of the scam websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!
