These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

Complete scam! Bought two Ac3 robotic cleaners. Took weeks to arrive. Neither works! Told to return them to China by registered post at my expense… for a partial refund… with deductions for handling and receiving them!! They are complete tat! Shoddy plastic which doesn’t move more than a few inches, doesn’t mop as advertised and they now advise me is only for hard surfaces not carpets. I tried them in both but neither worked and the 70 hour battery claim? Battery dead within less than an hour too.

I bought 8 Orbis heaters. They arrived in damaged packaging and are not fit for purpose. After numerous emails I’ve been offered a 35%refund or an address in China to return them but will incur a 15%processing fee. Definitely not adhering to their returns policy. Obviously a scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

  3. We need to blame MSN outlook They are linking them to us

Do not buy from this company, their products are junk !! Bought two fitness trackers, they both worked for two days

  5. Purchased wireless earbuds from Buy-Tech. 1/20/22. Tracking stopped on 2/1, and there was no way to get any information. I finally got my purchase 30 days after order was confirmed. So far they work, but time will tell if that stays true. (supposed to be Wave Sound, and they paired up in Bluetooth as TWS?) I did start getting alot of spam e-mails after my order was placed. Related ? no way to know. I do know I will not be buying from Buy-Tech any time in the future, and will be watching my personal information closely

    TOTAL SCAMM COMPANY!
Will not stand behind warranty. Offers 80% refund in exchange for dropping credit card dispute--but once the dispute is dropped they never pay.

I purchased the Astro C3 and it has tiny wheels under it that lets it roll. Well they don't roll so I asked for an exchange and they are offering half price refund. I'm saying the half refund will do me no good when the machine will not work properly. So I won't be ordering anything else from them and I guess I have to see if I can get paypal involved.

I looked at a site called SmarterChoice Reviews for a portable air conditioner and the top choices contained links to the products for sale. Was sent directly to Buy-Tech.net for purchase of this product, I am trying now to cancel my order but not getting any response via e-mail.

  9. I paid for 2 so called 'Orbis' plug in heaters. I paid £88. They arrived pretty quickly but what I received were 2 generic plug in heaters, both of which looked like returns and which I found on ebay for about £20 each!
Do not have anything to do with these vultures. They WILL rip you off!!!
Hopefully the spectre of Covid will come a knocking on their door.

Sent for two heaters. They are both broken but the site is not responding to several emails I have sent. Seems like I have been scammed out of £95

I bought on line some ear pods on the 13th dec, £39.95, the cash has been taken out of my account, I am still waiting, I will be reporting it, if no response , I have had to wait for statement proof first

  12. Buy-Tech.net is not a complete scam - they practice deceptive advertising, deliver (in my case) a low-quality product of the wrong size that doesn't match the description and refused to honor their "14-Day No BS Full Refund" money back guarantee. Save yourself grief! Do NOT purchase from Buy-Tech.net

I purchased 5 countertop heaters from Buy-Tech Net. After 15 minutes of using them the cords get hot. I need to return them for a refund but can't find a phone number to contact anyone. My credit card company is looking into this

I am trying to get a refund for an air cooler I bought from buy tech - it is leaking, does not look like the product described on the website and appears to have been previously opened and damaged. They asked me for a video when I complained which I sent but still not agreed to any responsibility just giving me an address in China for a complicated return process after which they may return my product (provided unused and all packaging still on) minus 35% restocking deduction plus I have to pay for the courier delivery to China (ie no promises of any money back). They are clearly scammers.

I bought 5 Orbis heaters for £228 on Nov 19th and to date have only received 3. I have contacted Pay pal and the company several times . I've had a single reply today (Dec 11th) which did not address the missing heaters.

DONT DO BUSINESS UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING SCREWED

  20. Agree with other users.
Item took weeks to arrive. Tracking link takes you to a Chinese site.
Attempts to get refund ignored, just told to be patient.
Earbuds finally arrived, substandard non branded rubbish.

  21. I bought two astro c3 vacuums, they came from China, they are not as advertised, they do not work, there is no return address, you must email to return but no one replies. SCAM THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED? No phone number, no correct address, no reply, no refund, no money, no joy.

Further to previous, my Orbis heaters, ordered from Buy-Tech, arrived. The packaging was badly damaged (the heaters were intended as gifts). They were not ceramic, as advertised. One of them worked after a fashion, but the heat produced was feeble. The other exploded! I tried contacting customer support and got no reply. I have now taken up the matter with my credit card provider. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Belatedly, I found appalling reviews on Trustpilot and am clearly not alone in being cheated.

  23. Order astro c3 vacumm cleaner 5 days ago took my money when I asked when it woulld be shipped 2 days later sophia miller replied dont know sorry for inconvenience my bank pnv refunded my money and is investigating the co for fraud Dont throw your money away there theives

I bought 2 Orbus Heaters from that company , paid with Paypal and although they said having shipped them ,I never received them. This company seems to really be a scam.
I am now asking for a refund from Paypal.

I ordered 2 Orbis plug-in heaters from Buy-tech. These had a good write-up. Like previous reviewers, I started getting messages from 'Paula' and 'Emily'. Paula told me my order was incomplete. I followed her link and only one heater was listed. Emily, however, said the order had been processed. I was given a tracking number for a carrier called yunexpress and was invited to click on a tab to track. What came up was in Chinese. My credit card payment has gone through. Wish I'd checked out this company before ordering. Have no idea as yet what will arrive (or even whether anything will arrive).

  26. Do not buy anything from enso ecommerce, buy-tech.net or ubertech.shop
Somehow these sites are all linked and selling substandard products that do not live up to their advertised descriptions. I bought 4 astro3 robotic vacuums. Oddly enough the products I received did not even have the brand 'astro3' anywhere on the product or packaging. I don't actually think this brand even exists! When trying out the product, it didn't even move on a low pile carpet, the mop was a small piece of cloth that velcros to the bottom of the vacuum and while it moved a bit on tiles, it would stay in the same area deeming it completely useless, an extreme chinese knock off. When attempting to get my money refunded, buytech.net (the company which now took over my transaction while I orinally purchased from enso ecommerce S.L) refused to give me my full 'no questions asked full money back guarantee within 14 days of purchase'. They gave me an address in China to send the products back which was strange as the return address on my parcel was Ouyue, P.O. Box 6014, Chullora, NSW, 1405....an address in Australia where I live!
Thankfully I had made my purchase through PayPal so did finally recoup all my money. I had to return the product to an address in Spain in order to receive my refund though.....very strange!
I reported these companies to the ACCC but don't know that they can do anything as the companies are outside Australia. I hate that innocent people are being scammed and losing their hard earned money and hope this review helps in some way.

  27. Do not buy anything from this website it is a total scam. I purchased what was purported to be WAVESOUND 2 EARBUDS. I fell for all the useless spiel they said about them and paid almost forty six pounds for them. When they arrived they were a pair of cheap chinese rubbish called TWS which you would not even pay ten pounds for. You have been warned stay awy from this company.

    1. I went for these Wavesound 2.0 super value ear buds £46 paid via PayPal and got an order processed email followed even by a tracking No.! Go into it and it’s all In Chinese!
Can’t believe I’ve been suckered as have always stupidly thought I’m good at avoiding scams

These people market a potable heater which they say is Orbis but I suspect it is a made in china copy.
    Any thoughts please.

    1. I bought 4 of these heaters, they are totally useless. I have returned them to an address in china, but am not holding my breath for any refund. They are a total SCAM company and need to be brought to book. I have alerted my credit card company, and am in teh process of getting UK trading standards involved. I will also try other organisations to get them stopped.
