What is Braindapp.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling different fashion and clothing products like dresses, bodysuits, cardigans, tops, bottoms, accessories, two-piece suits, and so on. Further, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Braindapp / Icon Bear is suspected as one of the suspicious sites due to the following drawbacks:

Company Address:

It has not provided its company address and contact phone number on its website but it has mentioned that its Terms and Conditions details that part of its transactions is processed by their online payment provider APACPAY group. Let’s tell you that there are several other suspicious and problematic sites using this payment provider's name such as Mydolores, Neofani, Helioshelp, OurinlyAgeluville, Susannana, Multirink, Menilyshop, Mymsmiss, Shawnmen, Hellolooks, Timetomy, Todaypink, and so on. Hence, it doesn’t seem to be a trustworthy company for online shopping.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing. Lots of content provided on the website as well as the website theme matches with the other similar type of suspicious and problematic sites.

Its domain name i.e. Braindapp.com and website name i.e. IconBear are different but legit websites don’t put their website name differently than their domain name and the same website name is also mentioned on its policy pages instead of its domain name which occurs due to a copy-paste error of contents.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return and Exchange Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus to be eligible for the return and exchange of the products. It is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

From all the above mentioned facts, it is clear that Braindapp / IconBear is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !
