Blaux.com Review: Blaux Scam or Legit? Blaux Portable AC Real or Fake?

Blaux, which is selling products like Blaux Portable AC, Wearable AC PLUS, Personal Fan and so on, doesn’t seem to be a trustworthy online store. Does that mean it is a scam? Well, let’s find out what is Blaux.com in real through our Blaux review here.

Blaux complaints Blaux fake or real Blaux legit or fraud | De Reviews

Following drawbacks make Blaux a suspicious online store:-

# It has provided its parent company's name and address as Strong Current Enterprises Ltd - 68308, G/F Kowloon East Building, 12 Lei Yue Mun Road, Kwung Tong, Hong Kong on its "Terms And Conditions" page. However, this is a company with a bunch of complaints from various users. You can find a few examples of those complaints by clicking >HERE<. The problematic sites like BuyOshenWatch, BuyRangeXTD, GetTVBuddy, and FeverPatrol are/were also claiming Strong Current Enterprises Limited as their parent company’s name. These sites have lots of similarities with this website and have lots of complaints from their users. So, this makes it a very suspicious site.

# Like lots of scam sites, it has also lots of drawbacks. For example;

  • It has lots of complaints from various users for not getting their purchased products even after a month of their purchase. Users have complained that even after 3 weeks of their purchase, it didn't confirm the shipping and didn't communicate with them.
  • Users of this site have complained that it never responded to their emails. Users have also complained that when they called it at a given number, it put them on hold for a long time, and then the call was terminated. So, this proves the customer support of this site is very poor.
  • Few clients who got a response from it, they said that it is making an excuse of COVID-19 for not shipping their products even after a month of their purchase.
  • It hasn’t secured its website properly with security services like McAfee, Norton, etc. So, if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information might be stolen.

# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

# Actually, these days you can find lots of online stores which haven't provided any contact information or have provided the fake contact information such as GetPolaire, Eggzank, AtiveStopShop, WhiteCloudz, Samoriver, Besttoolsi, AllStarHappy, Shoppingink, MartLifestyle, TheShopple, Olypant, Wddtfy, Dllacklure, Martying, OddityFind, and so on.

And what about Blaux Portable AC? Does Blaux Portable AC work as per its claim?

We don't think Blaux Portable AC will work as per its claim because it looks like a miniature humidifier. From the pictures of Blaux Portable AC, we can see it's a wet sponge with the fan blowing on it. So, we don't think it can make your room cool like AC. It may do more worse by making you more uncomfortable in the heat by raising the humidity. We always feel hot and humid is worse than hot, what about you? So, looks like its claims are fake.

It is clear that Blaux is a suspicious site through our Blaux review as above.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

  1. Blaux portable AC is a scam. I purchased earlier this year and got the 3 units more than a month later. They don't function as ACs, i.e. not lowering temperature even in their close vicinity. Then after I asked to return the products, I got two emails back, saying that due to high volumes, I still need to wait. After some days, I contacted them again, and now I still haven't got a reply.

There is another company selling a similar product but more expensive. It's called ChillWell. I bought one because of the advertisements, and thought this looked more legit and may do the trick, plus they offer 60-day guarantee. It turned out to be the same effect - not lowering temperature even after hours of operation. I contacted them to return last week, and haven't heard back from them till now. No email reply, and no one receiving phone calls. Avoid them!

It wouldn’t fair to you nor to myself, if I didn’t make sure to warn you away from purchasing ANY PRODUCT from Blaux.com and/or Blast Auxiliary…it is my sincere intention to save as many potential “future Blahhhx.com customers” from the BEYOND INFURIATING EXPERIENCES I am here to describe to you in detail.

    My situation:
-approx 10 weeks ago I received a “Blaux AC Cooling” as a gift from my father, just prior to the weather turning to “skin crisping” degrees. I’m technically savvy enough to know how to charge, power on, and troubleshoot basic issues with a simple product such as this. In addition, I had used my dad’s similar earlier model without issue.

AND SO BEGINS MY WAKING BLAUX FAUX CUSTOMER SUPPORT NIGHTMARE:
    1. I couldn’t keep my Blast Auxiliary personal cooling product to stay powered on to save my life(*I.PROMISE.I.TRIED.EVERYTHING.)!! I figured getting a replacement unit would not be too much of an issue seeing as mine was unequivocally defective. I WAS 100% WRONG.
    2. My unit was A GIFT, as such, I never received the Blaux equivalent to a “Golden Ticket”, or as they refer to it, my: “Order Confirmation Number”.
-Well “faux me” for not having one(*this is also EXACTLY what they have done to me from the moment I tried to return my defective product)
-their company motto should legitimately be: “No Confirmation #?? NO HELP!!” (*to be honest: I fully doubt it would be any different even if I had one)
-YOU ARE LITERALLY OFF.THEIR.RADAR. without this requisite “order confirmation number”.
    3. Finding their Blahhhx [ (844) 846-5344 ] Customer Support phone number was hard enough…in addition to the fact that it’s worthless anyway.
    A. If you call their AUTOMATED RECORDING during their “open” E.Coast/EST business hours; you are immediately routed to their AUTOMATED VM RECORDING, which will ask you for your name, phone number, and the aforementioned “Order Conf.#” and the recording informs you that someone will call you back soon. LIE.
    B. Call their E.Coast/EST 8-5 business after hours? Their AUTOMATED RECORDING hangs up on you…NO VM OPTION.
    C. Needless to say: I NEVER received a call back for the countless messages I left; let alone any acknowledgment WHATSOEVER that I’d left a dozen messages anyway
    4. What about their Blaux.com “Contact Support” link on their website you may be ask??
    A. No golden ticket “Order Confirmation #”??? NO LUCKs/HELP. Forget it…you’re not even a blip on their CRM (*Customer Resource Management) software radar. You’ll get identical repeat copies of 1 of about 6-7 canned email replies from their worthless autoresponder/bot reassuring you that they “have prioritized your request but, you know, Covid 19.” Or my favorite 100% irrelevant, impersonal, and insulting rude version, apprising me to ”keep an eye out for an email with tracking information”…when my defective unit is in my hands.
    B. They’ll notify you they’ll be “closing your support ticket if they’ve resolved your issue”; when haven’t even acknowledged whatul your issue was in the first place.
    C. It is hilariously more efficient & effective to elicit a response from their support bot by writing a crappy Trustpilot review than it is to use their Blaux.com support link…but even so, they *UNSURPRISINGLY* ask you “to kindly your provide your Order Confirmation # for assistance.”
    D. In my 3rd Trustpilot review, whereupon I notified them of my “No Golden Confirmation Ticket #”…they instructed go to “support.Blaux.com” where I was then reminded that “We haven’t forgotten about you and have escalated your ticket to ‘High Priority!’ In case you haven’t received your purchase yet, keep for an email with Tracking Information!! If you have any other problems, please contact Covid-19.”

I notified them via EVERY METHOD POSSIBLE of:
-my intention to return my unit
-of the tracking information + associated costs of my returned unit
-OF THE INFORMATION OF THEIR EMPLOYEE (“DJ”), WHO SIGNED FOR MY RETURNED DEFECTIVE UNIT

All-In-All…my experience with Blaux.com’s “Customer CircuSupport” has UNEQUIVOCALLY BEEN THE WORST OF MY LIFE. AT NO POINT, DURING ALL THE CHUTES & LADDERS & SMOKE & MIRRORS DID I:
-ever receive any indication that an actual human being had ever had any contact of any kind with any of my 2x dozen requests for assistance
-ever once receive a relevant response to any of my support requests…I got multiple copies of the same RUDELY IRRELEVANT CRM software bot replies

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND A COMPANY (*LITERALLY ANY.OTHER.COMPANY.) THAT ACTUALLY SUPPORTS THEIR CUSTOMERS AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY.

    BEYOND FLUSTRATED.
    -Landon

Ps: I just got my 8th copy of the below worthless email from their Support software:

    Hi ,

This is a courtesy follow up to confirm we are still working on your inquiry, but it is taking a little bit longer than expected to review your case. We’re working on it though and will be in touch shortly.

Thanks for your patience for now.
We look forward to resolving your request!

Bought two units 7-16, $148.93, Asked for a refund same day because it was going to take two to three months to get units. I did get a refund for the Filter and warranty on 8-6, but no refund for the $98.94 or $49.99 which totals $148.93. I have sent bank statements to Blaux, to prove I was never refunded these amounts. They give me a tracking number, but USA banks dont use China tracking number.
Please if anyone can help me get my money back, contact me. Vandy please help

you people are all morons for buying this junk. 2 minutes of quick searching would prove that its trash. worse off, things arent magic, what made you think that it would work, and cool A ROOM, yall deserved to get scammed for how clueless you are and how stupid you are with your money.

  5. Hi ,It looks a fraud company, I have ordered portable A/c in June 2020, till yet I haven't received, and their customer service department doesn't even have courtesy to reply back to my various emails. I don't know if they will reply or return my money I paid at the time of placing order.

I wanted to believe the many sites I visited that Blaux was legit. Unforturnately, I ordered 3 units and the neck fan, giving them almost $300. Since it has been a month, I thought an email would give me some idea when I might receive the the purchase. A legit company would atleast acknowledge that they received your email. I got no response. That is when I realized just because something is being heavily advertised does not mean that it is legit. The extent of social media for me is email. But even so, I plan to tell anyone I know not to order that this is a scam if I don't receive purchase soon. Also, I notice even on this site there is still advertising for Blaux?? It has been difficult to find anything negative about this company or products. That is partly why I ordered.
