What is Bellelindo.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling clothing products. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Bellelindo is categorized as one of the suspicious sites because of the following drawbacks:

# The contact phone number (+86 020-66693551) that it has provided on its website is used by lots of other similar kinds of sites such as MissArty, BelleMeet, HolyLily, PopLinda, HooHair, SignFaith, and so on. On the other hand, some sites are using the exact same address which Bellelindo is using such as StylewePopJulia, and so on. However, legit websites always provide the separate phone number and address, not the one which has been used by lots of suspicious sites.

# Legit sites will mention on their website if they are linked with other sites. However, it hasn’t provided any information about its link with other sites whose phone number and address it has been using.

# The phone number (+86 020-66693551) is from China but it has mentioned it is from London within its “Contact Us” page. So, why any company from London will use the phone number which is from China?

# Although it has mentioned it is from London (2.27 Romer House Lewisham High Street, London, England, SE136EE), in WHOIS details, you can find out the website location is from Canada and owner's country is Hong Kong. So, this mismatch address details proves that it is not providing the real company’s address.

Our Final Verdict:

Summing up all the above facts, it is concluded that Bellelindo is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

This is another bad site. Why I fell for it makes me a truly stupid consumer. I will never fall for this scam again. Why the U. S. Deals with this stupid ass country is a puzzle to me. What a cheap ass country! I couldn’t even find a way to exchange fo a different size. What a crazy way to run a business!

Although we are sorry for your loss, we don't think it is good to blame the whole country just because of a few scammers.

Took them a week to respond to return and they only give you 14 days to return to china really !!! Total scam ! I paid pay pal which says they will pay shipping. I doubt it but I thing its too late now.

I ordered two items - and they (like above) are WAY TOO SMALL. I contacted Bellelindo for return information and was told their return site was in Guangzhou China - and the customer was liable for shipping costs and customs fees. Refund was only issued after receipt and inspection of goods. OR, they offered a 15% cash refund to use to 'alter the product' - which is of course ridiculous as there is no way to make things 2 or 3 sizes LARGER. I will contact my credit card holder (Chase Bank) but do not hold out much hope. I should have used American Express, but of course I had no idea this was a Chinese company. I never would have purchased from them had I known.

If you have purchased using your credit card, then we suggest you contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you for a refund. If they are unable to help you for a refund, at least tell them to cancel your credit card and get the new one since lots of scam sites are found to be charging the credit card of clients further without their consent. If you have paid from PayPal, then we suggest you open a dispute through PayPal as well as change your PayPal’s password.

I got four items. I can’t fit my arm into any of them. How do I return? There is no info on the package or address. There is an address on the outside.

You should contact the support team of Bellelindo and ask them how to return. If they don't help you, then you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help for a refund. Or, If you have paid money using PayPal then open a dispute through your PayPal account against your transaction with Bellelindo.

When you contact Bellelindo - they will tell you to return the items to Guangzhou China - paying all shipping and customs fees. They will refund after inspection of the package. Or, they will give you a 15% cash refund (no return required) to 'alter' the items.
