What is Bartlia.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling multiple products like casual dresses, tops, two piece sets, sweaters, cardigans, tees, jumpsuits, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Bartlia as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

It has provided its parent company’s name as XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD. However, there is no any business with the name XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD or Bartlia that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps, instead, there is another business with the name Safeguard Mortgages Limited has been mentioned on/around this address on Google Maps. Not only that but it has provided the screenshot of this parent company name and address than directly writing on its website which is mostly done by scam site when they copy-paste the address of some other company so that no one can find their site by searching this address on Google Maps. On top of that, you can find other sites are also using the same parent company name such as Zerbar, Fairymin, Leotina, Gavlina, Lolipopn, Darnore, Loashion, SimonBuysArcoho, Dolorky, SkyComeNow, Gruyre, OnlyForShop, Heroem, Toastyre, Wayeve, Skewil, Nathdia, GottaDaddy, ShowWark, Westencn, GoonBetter, Alvindy, GlareFairy, ZaraPlace, Stalecy, SourSuger, WhaleBaby, Cardailly, Crisiyi, Aguzado, Caberly, NorniceNeopouse, SunetingWzyboogieFrieezie, and so on. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address i.e. bartlia@probitymail.com is not related to its domain name.

Security of the website:

It has provided fake trust seal logo of McAfee on its Checkout page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling the products on unrealistic discounted price that is too good to be true and only the scam and problematic sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this online store has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing. Lots of content as well as website themes match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return/Exchange Policy which is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Based on all the above facts, it is concluded that Bartlia is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

Even tho they claim to be based in the US, after much back and forth, they finally told me I could return to Dubai. I called my credit card company and disputed it and they credited the charge.

I bought 4 dresses on this website and they were horrible. The material was more like lingere then dress material. They were incredibly ugly and looked nothing like the pictures. They did respond when I told them I wanted to return but first they told me they would give me $14.00 back and I said no they were $135.00 then they came back and asked if I would take $40!!! It was lets make a deal! I again said no. It's way to expensive to return them because they go to Dubai UAE . I'm now in the process of reporting them, not sure it will do anything but I will try in hopes that this won't happen to someone else. Do not buy from this company they are scammers!

I never shopped before on line through this store. I ordered 3 items, two out of 3 needs to be return. I am trying to get a return label, email to them a few times, no responds.
Does anyone knows how to reach them or how to get label?

They will not take returns. They just keep offering money well beneath what you paid. They keep texting that it will cost you too much to send the items back to the Middle East.

This place is a complete scam! Their return policy is not clear. I have been trying to return $107 worth of clothing unworn without tags that are not as described and they have been haggling me about a refund. Started my refund at $12 and now offering $25. they are refusing to give a complete refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, IT IS A SCAM

I was not shopping when i saw this site on facebook. Today my dresses arrived. One fit and the other is way small. There are no brand or instruction labels in the dresses and the fabric is a mystery. Too good to be true and seems impossible to connect through return instructions. My biggest concern is my credit card info. . Think it best to get a new card.

I wasn't shopping either. The dresses looked beautiful and I bought two. They are nothing like the pictures no label no instructions. Took over 6 weeks to deliver. I have never shopped online and will never again. Shame on Facebook for letting these scammers hurt and steal from innocent unsaavy people.
