This is may be fraud! I made an order two months ago but their support staff keep telling me that the item I picked up from a distant warehouse and i need to wait for a longer time. They don't offer a specific date and time, and on their site, I don't see my order's status any more. devastates me!

Don't buy! I never recerived my order. Wiil not process a refund ..claiming item was delivered. SCAM big time!
No issue with them and the hoodie is great. Ordered on Thursday 5th Jan 2023 and arrived Wednesday 11 Jan.
The item was bought for work use and fits the bill perfectly.
Still no hoodies. This sucks!
Finally received the hoodie but it is ill fitting and not worth the money. The RETURN policy is a joke. You cannot get in touch with anyone. Avoid this site

A complete ripoff scam these hoodies.are worth no more than £10.00 to £20.00 each and the company shows up as suspicious to say the least. I own a fleece it cost £10.00 15 years ago and you can shove it any wash with any temperature and powder and it dries in 10 minutes ready to wear. Its my favorite piece of clothing it's never off my back. You can buy 8 like mine for there so called discount price. Trust me I am only trying to stop these scammers.

BAERskin Hoodie is a SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.
I purchased a hoodie through the company which the product came from somewhere out of Germany. The product they display on their website looks like a high quality item but when I received the item a month later, it was very poorly constructed. Had a missing pocket on the left forearm. The cuffs are not pleated as stated in the website nor is it any of the things it states:
*280gsm Polar Fleece. The perfect weight ratio. Protective and insulating with double napped fleece that's light and packable - no extra bulk. (Does not even weigh close to 280gsm)
*Soft Shell Hood + Peak. Protects against sun and wind with the hood + extended peak. (Soft yes, shell, f no!)
*Reinforced Front Zip. Secure, windproof zip holsters at the top and bottom, keeps you insulated and protected. No more loose zips. (No zipper hosted @ bottom of zip track, only 5” wind buff at top behind zipper)
* 6 Secure Pockets. Secure, high-quality zipper attachments across the front, sleeve, side and back pockets. ( This is THE ONLY TRUE STATEMENT {kinda}. There are two front side pockets, one left chest pocket that is not the size of the pictures on their website, one left & right bicep pocket with a patch spot above both which is not the size shown, and a back kangaroo pocket at the lower back with zippers on both sides. This is confusing as it is not consistent with the featured pictures)
* Comfort Collar, Cuffs + Thumb-Holes. Reinforced collar and cuff sections, with two thumbholes to make BÆRSkin ultra-wearable. ( Nothing on this garment is reinforced. There are thumbholes but they are flat and have no buffeting as stated)
Just a plain BS of a produce marketed on Instagram without any checks & balances. If you MUST BUY this. Use Paypal so you private information isn’t sold to the lowest bidder. Good luck and don’t buy crap like I did. SG

Do not order from this company —we feel they are a scam. We placed an order earlier this month and our items were suppose to have shipped. However, when we outreached their customer service to verify shipment, we were told our order had been processed in their warehouse and we would receive a tracking number shortly. We have outreached three times during the past couple of weeks and we have yet to receive our order and/or the tracking number. Furthermore, they charged our credit card immediately for the order. So they’ve had our money but we have received nothing. We went ahead and cancelled the charge on our credit card. Baerskin Hoodie has no integrity and continues to lie to their customers.
Three hoodies ordered within seconds of each other arrived in separate parcels and took over one month to be delivered. ...10-14 days delivery ...what a joke!
No way of returning them (we did not like them and the sizes were enormous) no address given and you have to pay yourself,

The phone number that is provided is in Deleware (USA) is belongs to a "registered agent" and no the company's physical location. In my research, the company has an address in Switzerland. They are listed as an "online clothing retailer." There are several other "online clothing retailers" selling the same hoodie (under the Baerskin name) and they are all in China. Know this makes more sense as to why it takes so long for a hoodie to arrive (after it has been ordered), which is probably the biggest complaint about the product they offer. It's basically a slightly more advanced version of a "Drop Ship business model. In that, X company has a design for a basic "tactical" hoodie, has a slave labor manufacturer in China make the hoodie, and the hoodie is shipped from China once an order is placed. An order moves from factory in China to X location in China until enough items fill a container. Once the contain is filled, then the container is placed in line for the form of transportation contracted.
ordered 3 items 12/9/21. Not one email since order date. Frankly I forgot I ordered the items. On 1/14 /22 I called the number(484 473 2211) to find out what happened to my order. The person said "I know why you are calling, the items were out of stock but I see on my screen they are back in and in shipping right now." I said since these were Xmas gifts just to refund my $149.97. The Cust Service rep, "oh, once they are in shipping we cannot refund." No one else was available to make any decisions and were in meetings. Later in the call she said everyone is working from home so it is not possible to speak to someone else. So much for the meeting.
This is all a SCAM. Do not purchase from this site. I will not put in my email or name as I have no way of knowing if this site is affiliated to the other scam.
