Placed order 12.7.22. MY MC charged $36.88 for pet door. Not received as yet. Their package tracking link does not work, no customer service number available. Can't send email with address provided.
Company sells junk. Scarecrow was missing parts and it a piece of junk. Several attempts made to get replacement parts or send back were unsuccessful.

I got my purchase but there are parts missing and no directions. I ordered 3 witches, got one. Scarecrow missing spring and handlebars. No info for return or refund.
Complete TRASH. Not as advertised, broke upon set up… cannot even tape it together to use it… waste of $50. Not happy, and will be more cautious in the future because this reminder is clear— due your research before ordering something. This company is a sham—- should be shut down but will just pop up with a new name no doubt to keep thieving people of their hard earned money.

I purchase a product $70.00. Not as bad as the other costumers I am reading above but as well as them, I have not received any tracking number. I have try to contact the company through their online email and I keep receiving an email saying the address (email) is not found. Which indicate it can be scam. My payment was made through PayPal hopefully I can cancel or have them reimbursed my money and go after this fake website/store.
