What is Almaltz.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling clothing products like casual dresses, tops, two piece sets, long sleeves, sweaters, cardigans, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Almaltz is classified as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

It has provided its parent company’s name and address as XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD: 145-157 ST.JOHN STREET, LONDON, ENGLAND, EC1V 4PW. However, there is no any business with the name XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD or Almaltz that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps, instead, there is another business with the name Safeguard Mortgages Limited has been mentioned on/around this address on Google Maps. Not only that but it has provided the screenshot of this parent company name and address than directly writing on its website which is mostly done by scam site when they copy-paste the address of some other company so that no one can find their site by searching this address on Google Maps. On top of that, you can find other sites are also using the same parent company name such as MaladiaEvethia Trezca, Oasnera, Albetti, Cholith, Syltia, Hoseill, Vanlvis, Yvowis, Crofie, Abenyo, Bealiet, Bartiar, Locilia, Phyllin, Mellith, JokulMart, Duabeth, Leopone, Bartlia, Zerbar, Fairymin, Leotina, Gavlina, Lolipopn, Darnore, Loashion, SimonBuysArcoho, Dolorky, SkyComeNow, Gruyre, OnlyForShop, and so on. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address i.e. almaltz@trybestmail.com is not related to its domain name.

Security of the website:

It has provided fake trust seal logo of McAfee on its Checkout page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling the products at an unrealistic discounted rates that only the problematic sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this online store has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing. Lots of content as well as website themes match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has Return/Exchange Policy that is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Summing up the aforementioned reasons, it can be concluded that Almaltz is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

This is a scam business, got the dresses, very poor quality, very loose, it looks like I put on a sack, they are not responding to my emails, I am asking for a return label, they are based in China, they sent the package to a person that lives in California and that person sent the package to me.

I made the mistake of ordering something from this company. I had read that their clothing is made in and shipped from the United States. When my package arrived it came from China. And it didn’t fit at all, even though it’s my usual size. When I requested a “refund authorization “, I was was told that $11.00 is all I could get back for something that I paid over $40.00 for. I would warn everyone to NEVER do business with this fraudulent company.
