88MallOnline.com is a fraudulent online store due to the following reasons:-

# The trust seal logos of Norton that “88 Mall Online” has provided on its product detail pages are not clickable. However, the real trust seal logos should be clickable so that we can click on them which will send us to the official website of respective trust seal providers to verify those trust seals. So, it is clear that 88MallOnline.com is providing the fake trust seal logos, not the real ones. This is a big warning bell as none of the legit sites will try to trick people by showing them fake trust seal logos.

# Although 88MallOnline provides the option to purchase the items using the credit card, it hasn’t provided the required security measures to secure the credit card information and has tried to trick people by showing the fake trust seal logos. So if you shop at this site, your credit card information can be stolen.

# There is not any information about who and from where is operating and running the 88MallOnline.com anywhere on its website. It hasn’t provided any contact information, neither a phone number nor company’s address, nothing. However, every legit online store will provide the detailed contact information including the phone number, return-shipping address and so on, only scam online store doesn’t care to provide the detailed contact information.

# 88MallOnline.com has also concealed the owner’s name and owner’s address within WHOIS.

# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some of these kinds of online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

However, there is a way to fight back and take a refund with the help of PayPal. You should contact PayPal again and again. Explain to them everything. Show them this review as a reference. You should also go to the post office and get a copy of the information for the tracking number that clearly shows the address where the item has been delivered and the weight of the item which will definitely have less or more weight than the original item. (If you already have the weight and address details, then you no need to go the post office). Show these details to PayPal. People who had provided this information to PayPal, most of them have got a full refund with the help of PayPal. Good Luck!

I ordered the Eye Delight Boost serum the end of November and it still hasn’t arrived. I tracked in via the Arrive app and even got a tracking # and order #. It started in China and went all over the country. Then it stopped. I looked at the web sight and it’s all in Chinese and is unsecured. Will I ever see my order or lose out on a refund? So disappointed.

In this case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account. Show them this post as a reference. Good Luck!

TOTAL SCAM. They take your money, a month later show it arriving in the US, then "Delivered". I have serious doubts they ever even ship anything. .it definitely WAS NOT delivered ... Not to me, anyway. And they will not do anything to help track it, even tho THEIR ELECTED COURIER COMPANY doesnt speak English, and refuse to do anything to make it right. ITS A SCAM PEOPLE!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

HUGE RIP OFF! I ordered some compression items as well and they started to fall apart the first time I wore them. I am proceeding legally. I found the address. Contact and complain to the BBB and FTC all of which I have done. stormpp101@gmail.com- email they WERE using or still are using.
    Here they are:
    Storm Media Limited
    (269) 353-8781

    3030 S 9th Street, Suite 2A, Kalamazoo, MI 49009

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but this company offers PayPal as a method of payment so isn't it legit in some ways? Products might be of a very low quality but i have never had a problem getting my money back if you only use PayPal. Im sure PayPal as a trusted company would stop any funds being transferred to a known scammer. Anyone paying with a credit card on a computer or mobile device in this day and age should not be shopping online at all.

Yes, PayPal is a secure method of payment but also scammers always come with a new way to scam people. For example, you can check the comment from "Carol L. Dougherty" on this page:- https://de-reviews.com/noracora/ where he shopped via PayPal but also having a problem.

88mallonline is a scam. At least you got a very cheap quality saver. There are lots of clients who even don't get anything from 88mallonline. Anyway, if you want your money back then you can try by contacting your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you for a refund as well as tell them to cancel your credit card and give the new one because these kinds of scammers even will charge your credit card further randomly without your consent as long as they have your credit card details.
