    Thank you for providing census help. What do I do if the sensus mailing address on my undeveloped property includes an apart unit address ( "unit 1" ) that doesn't exist

      You mean your property is under construction, right? If so, then still you can provide that address because they will at least know where you are going to reside in the future.
