Zolucky Review: What is Zolucky? Scam or Legit?

Searching for the Zolucky Review? Well we have tried to provide you the real picture of this website in the simplest way we can in the below review section. Let's figure out what this online fashion store is all about, whether a Zolucky scam or a trustworthy company.

Zolucky complaints. Zolucky fake or real? Zolucky legit or fraud?

What is Zolucky?

It is an online shopping store that offers tops, dresses, bottoms, coats, shoes, home and garden items and several other fashion items. As per their website theme, they are an online fashion store but they are selling lots of other items like waterproof phones, photo string lights, stainless steels, food items and so on. These kind of activities is never done by legit online fashion stores. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Zolucky as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

First of all, the company address has not been provided in their "About us" details. Moreover, there is no "Contact us" details which is always provided by the legit company. So it is clear that the company is trying to hide their information.

Secondly, if you check their “Terms and Conditions” details, you can find that it has mentioned their parent company’s name and address as BTREE Limited :20H, 39 Mark Road, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, Buckinghamshire United Kingdom HP2 7DN. Let's tell you that there are several other suspicious and problematic websites which are operating under BTREE Limited such as Coolkatty, Makeyouchic, Chilmia, Momoslife, and so on. So we strictly don’t recommend Zolucky for any kind of online shopping.

Companies operating under BTREE Limited have so many customers’ complaints about the quality of products. They deliver the very low quality products or different products other than they advertise in their website. The product value is also much higher than the quality of product they deliver. Secondly, the delivery time of products as well as the customer support is also very poor as per the buyers.

It has a Returns and Exchanges Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and useless which says that the items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging to be eligible for the return and exchange. BTREE Limited companies even make customers pay for the refund i.e. return shipping cost of the product which is almost non-refundable. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from them.

The payment gateway icons like VISA, PayPal etc.as placed at the bottom of the page are not clickable as in other suspecious site.

It is offering huge discount and sale deals i.e. above 25% on the price of lots of products they sell which a legit company never do.

We found that the product images used by this online store for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that it has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Zolucky is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

SCAMMERS!!! Please pay complete attention to this review! The products sold on this site are complete garbage! Do not waste your money! If you want to return an item, then you must pay to send it to CHINA even though it was shipped from their warehouse in City of Industry, CA. They don't tell you this in the return policy. They are liars and thieves who sell the cheapest clothes possible.

I also am having a problem with this company. I ordered a Christmas top that they kept saying was delayed . They contacted me in January and asked something about to which I replied "I can't answer as I have not received it. I sent an email in February and received no answer, and then I sent one last week to which I did get a response. They are saying it was delivered and then they said in broken English that I waited too long. This is not at all how legitimate British businesses have acted in the past and I am having my cousin who is English check them out and reporting them to my credit card company.

They do not guarantee a refund because they said that if they do not get the return they cannot give a refund. And...surprise most probably they will say that they never receive the return. This company is the biggest scammer on earth. A complete disgrace that loves to defraud customers by stealing from them.

  4. SCAM!They have horrible quality clothes, their Medium was an XL in leggings and the fabric IS NOT Cotton blend - disgusting ugly looking product. Its based in China (which I had no idea) and if you want to return it, they only will refund 30% of what the item costs minus the $28 or more for international shipping.

  5. Crap clothes! I bought two shirts that looked like bright, summery colors in the pictures. When I got them, nothing like the picture and they were not cotton, it was some stretchy material and very small. I wore one once and will donate these shoddy shirts. I tried to return them, they said it will cost a fortune, would only give me pennies on the dollar. Unfortunately I didn't realize this was the same place, and I just ordered two more shirts. I guess I'm screwed again. Please stay away!

  6. This company is a SCAM! Do not order! The merchandise is CHEEP and there is literally no return policy that is acceptable. I just received the return package that I sent to China (the only return location). So, I am stuck with the product (crap), I'm out the cost of overseas shipping (expensive) and I did not receive a refund! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS JUNK!!

Ya, I sadly have been ripped off by them too. I spent $140 on a pair of shoes and six shirts. It took three weeks for them to come and none of them look like the photos and the shoes are the wrong color and size! Weird material and really frumpy looking. None of the shirts are anything I ever would have bought if I had seen them in person. I wrote them to explain that they had sent the wrong size shoe as well as one of the shirts being completely different than what I ordered and they wrote back and said I would have to return them to China and pay shipping and custom charges. I wrote them and said that since this was their error and they sent the wrong items they needed to pay for this. Instead, they said that all they would offer is 15% back on only those two items and none of the other shirts that are totally different looking than what you see on the website. It amounts to $5.00 out of the $140 I spent. I tried to leave a review and it wouldn't even let me do it, so who knows where these supposed great reviews came from. Total ripoff!!!

LOL! yea they got me too-denying i never ordered anything from them even tho i have proof of the transaction made with my card-never got a tracking number after the transaction so i cant track the package at all -i highlighted ALL these complaints and sent it them -Satisfying every customer is our mission and pursuit. But as some reviews have said, we still have a long way to go. We thank all customers for their voices and we thank every customer who is willing to witness our growth. We will continue to improve the quality of our products and services to meet customer needs.
thats one of the messages i got back from them

  9. Biggest scam ever. Cheap, flimsy, poorly made clothing despite the beautiful photos. THEN they say they can only return 10% of your money because it is in China. On top of that, can't unsubscribe from their lying emails. Avoid!!!!

    1. You can set up a filter in your emailer and have all of the emails from this company sent to your emailer's trash folder before you even see them.
