Zolucky Review: What is Zolucky? Scam or Legit?

Searching for the Zolucky Review? Well we have tried to provide you the real picture of this website in the simplest way we can in the below review section. Let's figure out what this online fashion store is all about, whether a Zolucky scam or a trustworthy company.

Zolucky complaints. Zolucky fake or real? Zolucky legit or fraud?

What is Zolucky?

It is an online shopping store that offers tops, dresses, bottoms, coats, shoes, home and garden items and several other fashion items. As per their website theme, they are an online fashion store but they are selling lots of other items like waterproof phones, photo string lights, stainless steels, food items and so on. These kind of activities is never done by legit online fashion stores. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Zolucky as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

First of all, the company address has not been provided in their "About us" details. Moreover, there is no "Contact us" details which is always provided by the legit company. So it is clear that the company is trying to hide their information.

Secondly, if you check their “Terms and Conditions” details, you can find that it has mentioned their parent company’s name and address as BTREE Limited :20H, 39 Mark Road, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, Buckinghamshire United Kingdom HP2 7DN. Let's tell you that there are several other suspicious and problematic websites which are operating under BTREE Limited such as Coolkatty, Makeyouchic, Chilmia, Momoslife, and so on. So we strictly don’t recommend Zolucky for any kind of online shopping.

Companies operating under BTREE Limited have so many customers’ complaints about the quality of products. They deliver the very low quality products or different products other than they advertise in their website. The product value is also much higher than the quality of product they deliver. Secondly, the delivery time of products as well as the customer support is also very poor as per the buyers.

It has a Returns and Exchanges Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and useless which says that the items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging to be eligible for the return and exchange. BTREE Limited companies even make customers pay for the refund i.e. return shipping cost of the product which is almost non-refundable. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from them.

The payment gateway icons like VISA, PayPal etc.as placed at the bottom of the page are not clickable as in other suspecious site.

It is offering huge discount and sale deals i.e. above 25% on the price of lots of products they sell which a legit company never do.

We found that the product images used by this online store for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that it has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Zolucky is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

  1. TOTAL SCAM. All of the reviews on the Zolucky site were fantastic, until I realized they were ALL coming from the same two email accounts. Immediately suspicious, I wrote and cancelled my order for a pair of shoes. Never heard from them again and could not reach them. Oh, I did get an email TWO MINUTES after purchasing saying my order had been shipped! Not bloody likely! Read the reviews on the BBB site and was appalled. Straight up fraud - not ONE legitimate transaction. After over two weeks of being unable to contact them or track my so-called order, I called my bank to dispute the transaction and have the charges removed. Don't go near these clowns. I cannot understand why they have not been busted and run out of Dodge!

My God...I just clicked on the website to see where my package was and I found this incredible chain of comments. About halfway through I started laughing that frustrated way one does when they find out how stupid they were for not checking the comments section first. Fortunately for me, I didn't spend that much money, but this still makes me furious. Good lesson for me though; I won't forget to check comments in the future! I guess I'll have to do without my Halloween sweatshirt. Maybe it will come in time for Christmas and I can line my cat's litterbox with it!

I take full responsibility because I did not look at the reviews.
As a retired geography teacher I was excited to see the world geography shirt and ordered it right away
If finally came in and the shoulders were way to tight to be a medium

Then the hassles began . Trying to return it ws a nightmare,e specially when I realized it ahd to go to China.

They offered me a 25% refund (and keep the shirt)

Then they offered me a 50% which I have yet to receive . I decided to cut my losses and take the 50% refund .

It is by far the worst online shopping experience ever!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Fabric is beyond cheap, workmanship poor. Final items looked nothing like the photos on the website. Nothing I ordered would I wear!

On their website they fail to inform you that returns need to be sent to China. That would have cost me $74.35 + potential customs tax.

Called my credit card company to open a dispute claim. I was credited my entire purchase of $200.00.

  5. I wish I could show you the photo. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. Over $90.00 worth. Garbage! And not even CLOSE to my shoe size. For some reason China is stupid when it comes to shoe size! I can't send them back. And they disable their review section so you can't leave a review. Zolucky said they would refund $35.00. They gave me $19.00! On a $90.00 order, that THEY screwed up not me! The shoes they sent were 3 different sizes. And none of them were size 8 American. If they can rip you off they will. Stay Away!

This company is definitely a scam. Merchandise is pure crap and not properly sized. Can not make refund on their website so I went to pay pal and credit card company to dispute charge. They responded by saying they would give me 40% of purchase price or I could send product to China at my expense to get full refund. I am still waiting for my partial refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The worst clothing I ever saw. Looks nothing like the picture. The material is worse than garbage. This is a huge scam. I don’t get how they get away with this. There must be something that can be done with this company. They do not even give you a receipt or where to return this garbage. Do not buy from these scammers!!!
