Zolucky Review: What is Zolucky? Scam or Legit?

Searching for the Zolucky Review? Well we have tried to provide you the real picture of this website in the simplest way we can in the below review section. Let's figure out what this online fashion store is all about, whether a Zolucky scam or a trustworthy company.

Zolucky complaints. Zolucky fake or real? Zolucky legit or fraud?

What is Zolucky?

It is an online shopping store that offers tops, dresses, bottoms, coats, shoes, home and garden items and several other fashion items. As per their website theme, they are an online fashion store but they are selling lots of other items like waterproof phones, photo string lights, stainless steels, food items and so on. These kind of activities is never done by legit online fashion stores. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Zolucky as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

First of all, the company address has not been provided in their "About us" details. Moreover, there is no "Contact us" details which is always provided by the legit company. So it is clear that the company is trying to hide their information.

Secondly, if you check their “Terms and Conditions” details, you can find that it has mentioned their parent company’s name and address as BTREE Limited :20H, 39 Mark Road, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, Buckinghamshire United Kingdom HP2 7DN. Let's tell you that there are several other suspicious and problematic websites which are operating under BTREE Limited such as Coolkatty, Makeyouchic, Chilmia, Momoslife, and so on. So we strictly don’t recommend Zolucky for any kind of online shopping.

Companies operating under BTREE Limited have so many customers’ complaints about the quality of products. They deliver the very low quality products or different products other than they advertise in their website. The product value is also much higher than the quality of product they deliver. Secondly, the delivery time of products as well as the customer support is also very poor as per the buyers.

It has a Returns and Exchanges Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and useless which says that the items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging to be eligible for the return and exchange. BTREE Limited companies even make customers pay for the refund i.e. return shipping cost of the product which is almost non-refundable. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from them.

The payment gateway icons like VISA, PayPal etc.as placed at the bottom of the page are not clickable as in other suspecious site.

It is offering huge discount and sale deals i.e. above 25% on the price of lots of products they sell which a legit company never do.

We found that the product images used by this online store for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that it has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Zolucky is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

  1. I too was a "victim" of this fraudulent/scandelous "company" Yes, their clothes are cute and priced great. It's not until after you order that it becomes an ordeal. NO contact phone number, they don't take returns, they take forever to ship the product and yes, the sizes ARE NOT accurate. Half the crap I ordered, I cannot wear and they want me to keep the crap for a fraction percentage amount. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. Let's get these thieves out of business!!!!

Pictures poor representation of clothing. Fabrics not natural fiber mix, no matter what they say, primarily man-made, think polyester. Fit is poor. Sizing not reprehensive of real size of clothes. Don't advise what's in stock, that everything ships from China, will take months to arrive. Take your money up front, even on out of stock items. Return policy is no returns, get small % of price paid or credit for future order, but have to spend at least $50-100 on more product to get it. I will never buy from this company again.

Horrible Service and products. Do Not waste your money. I ordered some shirts from Zoucky. First, they took a month to arrive. Then once I finally received them, they were all cheaply made and the sizes were all over the place. Most of the medium shirts fit me like extra larges, One fit like a small size. Not one fit correctly. I tried to return them and there is no way to do that either. I tried to contact customer service and their website bounces back or is down. Total SCAM

Zolucky is not a place to shop, the dress was cheaply made of material I would not wear!! The size was off where it should have been. You get 15% back, which I never heard of before or you can pay most of the cost of the dress to send it back to China. This company should not be allowed to sell here!!!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I ordered 3 pairs of the same sneakers in 3 different colors and they all came about 2 months after I purchased them and they did not look like the picture at all. The material and design was completely different and cheap. There is a strong chemical smell that to me seems unsafe to inhale. They didn't even provide shoe laces. I've asked for a refund and they only refunded me for one shoe. Then they offered to refund me 15% for the other two shoes. I first blame Instagram because that's how I even came to know about this site and I've reported them on there. This company is a scam and I advise everyone to not purchase anything from this site. You will not get your purchase in a reasonable amount of time and you will not get the product you see in the picture. I feel there has to be some laws or regulations around how companies can do business on the internet, These practices should be considered illegal. Buyer Beware!

  6. Sorry to say they didn't live up to there claims on returns. Kept changing the deal. Finally left them behind and moved on.

The multistrand necklace I ordered was broken in one place. After a day, it was broken in two spots.
Out of 3 strands 2 were broken. They advertised it at $4, but they charged double, also on the blouse I ordered. They charged double and I have not gotten the blouse after a month. I cancelled both items on my credit card and opened a dispute.

Scam. I ordered a flowy flowered top. What arrived was a housecoat-looking sheath made of cheap polyester. It's not worth the money to ship it back. Waste of money and very disappointing.

  9. Ihave ordered the products but after one month they haven't arrived yet. It is dissapoitning that the company is scam. We should be very careful.
