Zolucky Review: What is Zolucky? Scam or Legit?

Searching for the Zolucky Review? Well we have tried to provide you the real picture of this website in the simplest way we can in the below review section. Let's figure out what this online fashion store is all about, whether a Zolucky scam or a trustworthy company.

Zolucky complaints. Zolucky fake or real? Zolucky legit or fraud?

What is Zolucky?

It is an online shopping store that offers tops, dresses, bottoms, coats, shoes, home and garden items and several other fashion items. As per their website theme, they are an online fashion store but they are selling lots of other items like waterproof phones, photo string lights, stainless steels, food items and so on. These kind of activities is never done by legit online fashion stores. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Zolucky as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

First of all, the company address has not been provided in their "About us" details. Moreover, there is no "Contact us" details which is always provided by the legit company. So it is clear that the company is trying to hide their information.

Secondly, if you check their “Terms and Conditions” details, you can find that it has mentioned their parent company’s name and address as BTREE Limited :20H, 39 Mark Road, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, Buckinghamshire United Kingdom HP2 7DN. Let's tell you that there are several other suspicious and problematic websites which are operating under BTREE Limited such as Coolkatty, Makeyouchic, Chilmia, Momoslife, and so on. So we strictly don’t recommend Zolucky for any kind of online shopping.

Companies operating under BTREE Limited have so many customers’ complaints about the quality of products. They deliver the very low quality products or different products other than they advertise in their website. The product value is also much higher than the quality of product they deliver. Secondly, the delivery time of products as well as the customer support is also very poor as per the buyers.

It has a Returns and Exchanges Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and useless which says that the items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging to be eligible for the return and exchange. BTREE Limited companies even make customers pay for the refund i.e. return shipping cost of the product which is almost non-refundable. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from them.

The payment gateway icons like VISA, PayPal etc.as placed at the bottom of the page are not clickable as in other suspecious site.

It is offering huge discount and sale deals i.e. above 25% on the price of lots of products they sell which a legit company never do.

We found that the product images used by this online store for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that it has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Zolucky is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

How is this website still up when its fraud. I'm so angry, my bank won't even help me to stop this payment

  2. Total scam operation. If you have problem with an order, best to contact your credit card company and go through the process of reporting it as a scam and following their steps to have them credit your account back for their charge.

I read all the comments/reviews AFTER placing my order. My mistake. I was able to cancel the order before it shipped, however, the company charged a 15% cancellation fee. I can accept that, but they charged on shipping costs as well, which they had never incurred in the first place. I did get my refund in a timely matter, which was a pleasant surprise after reading all the other troubling comments.

I ,too , got scammed , sneakers and sweatshirts are so cheap and thin.I tried to find out where they are located , before , I ordered. I'm , one that is very skeptic , about ordering online , well , it will be a long time ,before I order again . After reading all the reviews , I won't waste anymore money trying to return , their junk . They scammed me for , $ 127. These , companies need to work and earn their money , like the rest of us do.

  5. Very bad experience
I bought two t-shirts on this website. My normal size is M but I ordered size L just to make it feel "more relaxing". So, when I received these t-shirts, they were look like teenager's size (very tight and short). However, on the website pictures they look much bigger and longer, so it is totally misleading. When I contacted the customer service for size exchange, they said that they are not offering exchange and I should return these items (send to China), and pay all delivery and custom fees, and make a new order to buy the different size. This is a joke, not a customer service.
Beware, if you want to post review on their website, they will not let you (I did try it with no success), so I would not trust their posted “customer reviews”, as all of them are 5stars??
I’m buying many things online, but never experienced something like this. Don’t waste your time and money and look for something else.

I too am mad that I didn't check out this company before I ordered. The sizing is all over the place. The quality is low, and many of the garments reeked of cigarette smoke. I attempted to return two items and met with complete resistance, and finally, after many emails, they sent me the address IN CHINA to mail the two items. There is no way I am spending one more cent on these, as the odds of getting any kind of refund are nonexistent. Don't waste your money.

Ran into the same problems with the Wish website....ordered 3 articles of clothing in March of last year and only received one initially. All in all the rest of my order came in late July. One article was supposed to be a sun dress....oh really! I am lucky if I can wear it as a tank top!

OMG they're HORRIBLE! They just ripped me off $167! There are like a 1000 complaints on PayPal because PayPal is allowing these scammers to continue selling and they always side with the company! People have been complaining about this company (not just zolucky they have several websites) for 3 YEARS and PayPal does nothing. I wonder what kind of benefits they receive from this company that is better than helping their clients? You can't get a refund from either one. They clothes are not the same as the pictures they stole from other websites. They are blurry prints, ugly and of weird materials. Clothes from Wish are even better than this. I hope this company gets their "just reward!" Now I need clothes and don't know who to trust! Thanks scammers. Thanks PayPal!
