Zolucky Review: What is Zolucky? Scam or Legit?

Searching for the Zolucky Review? Well we have tried to provide you the real picture of this website in the simplest way we can in the below review section. Let's figure out what this online fashion store is all about, whether a Zolucky scam or a trustworthy company.

Zolucky complaints. Zolucky fake or real? Zolucky legit or fraud?

What is Zolucky?

It is an online shopping store that offers tops, dresses, bottoms, coats, shoes, home and garden items and several other fashion items. As per their website theme, they are an online fashion store but they are selling lots of other items like waterproof phones, photo string lights, stainless steels, food items and so on. These kind of activities is never done by legit online fashion stores. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Zolucky as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

First of all, the company address has not been provided in their "About us" details. Moreover, there is no "Contact us" details which is always provided by the legit company. So it is clear that the company is trying to hide their information.

Secondly, if you check their “Terms and Conditions” details, you can find that it has mentioned their parent company’s name and address as BTREE Limited :20H, 39 Mark Road, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, Buckinghamshire United Kingdom HP2 7DN. Let's tell you that there are several other suspicious and problematic websites which are operating under BTREE Limited such as Coolkatty, Makeyouchic, Chilmia, Momoslife, and so on. So we strictly don’t recommend Zolucky for any kind of online shopping.

Companies operating under BTREE Limited have so many customers’ complaints about the quality of products. They deliver the very low quality products or different products other than they advertise in their website. The product value is also much higher than the quality of product they deliver. Secondly, the delivery time of products as well as the customer support is also very poor as per the buyers.

It has a Returns and Exchanges Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and useless which says that the items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging to be eligible for the return and exchange. BTREE Limited companies even make customers pay for the refund i.e. return shipping cost of the product which is almost non-refundable. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from them.

The payment gateway icons like VISA, PayPal etc.as placed at the bottom of the page are not clickable as in other suspecious site.

It is offering huge discount and sale deals i.e. above 25% on the price of lots of products they sell which a legit company never do.

We found that the product images used by this online store for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that it has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Zolucky is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

Their product looks very different from what they show on their website. The quality is very bad. When I return them, they provide an invalid phone number to make return very difficult. Finally, I tried very hard to make return work, they just don't give you a refund. Btw, returning to China is very expensive, I need to pay the shipping fee myself, I just don't want to keep a bunch of junk. I am Chinese, this is a Chinese company, I hate my experience with them. I am very sad about their way of operation. My advice is not to buy from them, not worth it.

  2. I had everything I needed to return the item, a T-shirt, which was advertised as a sweatshirt. I had the original pkg., the tags, etc. But when you go to the site where you are to supposed to apply for a refund--guess what? It doesn't exist. The refund instructions also shows an address in China you can write to. Oh, sure. Also, I only received one of the items I ordered. I feel stupid that I didn't check them out before ordering. They are so ubiquitous--their ads are everywhere, I didn't think they might not be legit.

  3. Zolucky is like NoraCora, they are both scams. Nice looking clothes at good prices however, if you need to return you pay the exorbitant shipping to China. They have to receive the return, which is questionable it even arrives, before any credit.
They operate on the pretense they will wear you down by making returns so unreasonably expensive and you will give up trying.

  4. Zolucky is an Awful business, stay clear. I ordered my wife 4 pairs of socks with seams on the bottom, they are unusable, and a blouse arrived with an ink stain right in the middle of the shirt. When I advised zolucky, they offered 15% off and showed me their policy to return to China at my expense. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY OR YOULL REGRET IT LIKE ME.
They use a good photo like the one below, but they send you Chinese junky cheap t shirt material that my wife wouldn’t wear while gardening.. well, maybe while gardening, she is down to earth, but never in public. Stay clear. Go to zoluckyvictims on Facebook to see a bunch of people who also got ripped off by this awful company.

  5. I ordered several items for Christmas presents.. Pretty embarrassed to give them now after arriving late for Christmas. What was supposed to be a sweatshirt is more like a very thin tee shirt, others were cheap sweatshirt material that get balls after the first wash. So disappointed ..

  6. This just may be the worst purchase I ever made. Prices seem good and pictures are pretty BUT the clothing is not as described and cheaply made. A `knitted sweater' was a very thin printed fleece, not knitted at all.
The jeans arrived with a tear in the top front of leg and a shirt had a seam that wasn't sewn completely. Customer service ( Christine Wu ) offered me 15% off jeans to get them repaired. I wanted to return the items, had to take pictures of each of the 8 items in their original packaging with item numbers and each postal bag with the tracking numbers ( order came in 5 different packages, one never arrived ). After doing this, I was given a return authorization number and another offer for 15% off entire purchase to keep it. I was also warned that returns shipped back to China at my expense plus tariffs.
After 20 or so e-mails and no resolve, I contacted my credit card company and disputed the claim. I was given a complete refund.
Junky clothing, the worst customer service and a terrible return policy. My advice....AVOID Zolucky and save yourself the time and aggravation.

    1. May I ask just what you had to provide to the credit card company for your disputed claim against zolucky? I would like to do the same. I trashed all but one of their products. I spent over $200!

      1. At least you got tge products...I got nothing, and they offer a 50% refund, which I'm still waiting for.

  7. Avoid this site at all costs! It is a complete ripoff! It took a really long time to get the clothes, they looked nothing like the pictures, the sizes were wrong, the material was cheap, & the sewing quality very poor. Their return policy is designed so that they never give any refunds. Things have to be returned immediately, and you have to pay to ship them to China. This was an expensive mistake on my part. Never order from these crooks!

Yes, unfortunately, I was scammed, too. Horrible quality items were not nearly as pictured. They came over the course of months. I tried to return them but never received a return authorization. I will donate them to charity but feel like a fool for not checking for scams before buying.

Do not order from them! The dress I ordered was totally different than the picture except for the color, really incredible. When I filled out the return info for a label to ship it back, they offered to give me 15% of the non-shipping cost instead of my mailing it back (?). Then when I said send the label I'll mail it back, they let me know it was to China and offered to give me 25% of the non-shipping cost - a whopping $5.00 for a $30 purchase of inferior merchandise. So glad I didn't spend more only to lose money.
