Zolucky Review: What is Zolucky? Scam or Legit?

Searching for the Zolucky Review? Well we have tried to provide you the real picture of this website in the simplest way we can in the below review section. Let's figure out what this online fashion store is all about, whether a Zolucky scam or a trustworthy company.

Zolucky complaints. Zolucky fake or real? Zolucky legit or fraud?

What is Zolucky?

It is an online shopping store that offers tops, dresses, bottoms, coats, shoes, home and garden items and several other fashion items. As per their website theme, they are an online fashion store but they are selling lots of other items like waterproof phones, photo string lights, stainless steels, food items and so on. These kind of activities is never done by legit online fashion stores. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Zolucky as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

First of all, the company address has not been provided in their "About us" details. Moreover, there is no "Contact us" details which is always provided by the legit company. So it is clear that the company is trying to hide their information.

Secondly, if you check their “Terms and Conditions” details, you can find that it has mentioned their parent company’s name and address as BTREE Limited :20H, 39 Mark Road, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, Buckinghamshire United Kingdom HP2 7DN. Let's tell you that there are several other suspicious and problematic websites which are operating under BTREE Limited such as Coolkatty, Makeyouchic, Chilmia, Momoslife, and so on. So we strictly don’t recommend Zolucky for any kind of online shopping.

Companies operating under BTREE Limited have so many customers’ complaints about the quality of products. They deliver the very low quality products or different products other than they advertise in their website. The product value is also much higher than the quality of product they deliver. Secondly, the delivery time of products as well as the customer support is also very poor as per the buyers.

It has a Returns and Exchanges Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and useless which says that the items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging to be eligible for the return and exchange. BTREE Limited companies even make customers pay for the refund i.e. return shipping cost of the product which is almost non-refundable. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from them.

The payment gateway icons like VISA, PayPal etc.as placed at the bottom of the page are not clickable as in other suspecious site.

It is offering huge discount and sale deals i.e. above 25% on the price of lots of products they sell which a legit company never do.

We found that the product images used by this online store for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that it has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Zolucky is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

  1. These people are the lowest of the low. They took over a month to send my order with a lot of excuses and when it finally got here nothing was correct. they were not what I ordered at all, the shoes were cheap and 2 sizes to small and they didn't even send 2 purses I ordered. I complained and they wanted unbelievable documentation of the issues for which I do not want to put any more energy into this whole thing. all I can say is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE OR THE OTHER COMPANIES THEY ADVERTIZE ON! you will not be happy and will be wasting you hard earned money!

  2. Yes, Zolucky is a scam. I bought a gift for my wife. (2) items. It took forever to get the garments, then they did not fit even close to the size they were supposed to be. Very poor quality fabric. As usual, Chinese products are garbage. Everyone should stay away from all Chinese products. They asked me to mail the garments back to China. Are you kidding me. They offered me a discount to keep them. I told them why, they both do not fit. The arms are too short and the bust line is way too tight on my wife. They are a joke and I want everyone to know before you purchase, what is going to happen. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Thank you. Go USA...

The same clothes appear on multiple websites. The picture shows cute tops on a very tan model so that the garments look great.
These companies take your money and use it for months before shipping
some inferior piece of crap! They make it impossible to get your money back and most people just go away. DO NOT FACILITATE THESE
COMPANIES and they will go away.

I ordered one inexpensive item just to test them out. They were quick to take my money, not so quick to ship. After a couple weeks of nothing, I checked their cancellation policy. You cannot cancel anything that has been shipped - OK; cancel! Then I got a shipping notification, making the order ineligible for cancellation. Doesn't mean it shipped - just that someone had created a shipping label! After another three weeks of no movement showing when I checked, it finally arrived. Oh, joy! Shoddy merchandise. Advice - don't go there!!

These companies are a sham—they lead you on with nice ads and the stuff you get is junk. Before ordering from any company, go to google and as if they are based in China’s then you know it is a sham.

I order “boots” from Zolucky, what a sad joke!!! I’m going to try and return them but I have dealt with the Chinese websites before, I’m sure I will get no where. The shipping cost as much as the boots/slippers! No more online ordering for me! What a shame!!

I purchased “boots from Zolucky. What a joke!! I’m not even sure I’m going to try and return them. The shipping was as much as the boots. If it’s like any other Chinese site they won’t take them back! No more online shopping for me?

I ordered size S women’s clothing which their size S is for a small elephant! Every item that came was so big that I as a petite lady cannot wear even one of them! The clothing quality is poor and cheaply made. Not all of my order was delivered and no mention of when the other items will come. I will NEVER purchase another item from this company. Returning anything is at the buyers expense with stipulations. Don’t waste your money buying from this company.

This company is based out of China. I placed my one and only order with them recently and did receive the products. However, they were sized for Chinese women. So their XL is really an XS. I contacted them for a refund. The return address they gave me is China, it almost looks like a residence address. I am going to return the items only if it doesn't cost more to ship back than the product cost.

    1. I can't even get a return address. Total scam page
