What is XcoolzdShop.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling commemorative silver coin, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

XcoolzdShop / House of Silver Coins is categorized as a doubtful site because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

Its company’s address and contact phone number has not been provided on the website. Such information shall always be provided by legit companies on their websites. So we cannot trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its email addresses i.e. coolha2020@gmail.com and sodanova2020@yahoo.com are free email addresses but not its domain specific ones. Another email address i.e. Legal@whosebilling.com is not related to its domain name.

Security of the website:

It has provided fake trust seal logo of Norton on its product details page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling items at unrealistic heavy discount prices which is too good to be true and only the scam and problematic sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

Lots of content including its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Its domain name i.e. XcoolzdShop.com and website name i.e. House of Silver Coins are different but legit websites don’t put their website name differently than their domain name and the same website name is also mentioned on its policy pages instead of its domain name which occurs due to a copy-paste error of contents.

Likewise it has mentioned the website name of another company rather than its own on its Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, etc. pages i.e. Sodanova but it has not provided any details about its link with that website whereas legit companies always mention their connection with other sister websites if any.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Considering the above mentioned facts, we have come up with the conclusion that XcoolzdShop / House of Silver Coins is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. I ordered 6 2 oz libertad plus 2 free and it took about 3 1/2 weeks to receive the coins. I knew as soon as I opened the package that the coins were FAKE.. Onzas was misspelled and the obverse had the wrong design. I emailed the seller with no response, so I will be contacting PayPal for a refund, and hopefully PayPal will cancel his account and stop the seller from receiving any future money.

I ordered at HOUSE OF SILVER COINS 20 silver coins in August 13 and I am still waiting for them.

  3. It’s a scam! I bought a 2 oz silver libertad coin, I took it to a local coin shop to test it, it failed. Also, the Spanish word “onzas” it’s misspelled as “onza” which it’s for singular, that’s why I took it to be tested because it looks authentic

I can say that I did purchase a 2 ounce silver coin, and although it took awhile to recieve, it was a real 2 ounce silver coin. I was very skeptical, and delighted that I didn't get scammed.
