Never received canvas plaque "The Time We Had Together" 11"×22".
Had lost my husband of 59 yr and it meant a lot to me. Contacted them, reply was delivered at mailbox. REALLY, 11"×22" in a mail box. Out the money, no plaque, would not advise ever ordering from this site.
I ordered an item in mid January 2023 and received nothing for 2 weeks. After contacting their custom service, I was told it had been lost in a warehouse somewhere in China...they eventually located it and proceeded to send it on it's way.
After repeated requests as to a delivery date, I only received generic replies saying nothing. It wasn't until Feb 7th.,that it finally showed up. By the way the product was not worth it, and if I hadn't pursued them, it would probably still.be in China. It seems they don't only lose balloons...lol
I ordered 5 key chains for my kids with a picture of thier dad & a nice saying. It cost $100 & the picture was so tiny you could barely see it. One of the keychains were broke also. It came with no receipt or return address. I can’t find anywhere to contact anyone about this. Very unsatisfied

My order was promised to be delivered by Christmas. Finally received the item 2 1/2 weeks after Christmas. It arrived rolled up in a soft plastic bag that was crumpled. There are creases I'm not sure will come out. The picture in the ad was very deceiving as it showed mounted on a frame. What I received a rolled up picture with creases in it.
I made a purchase from this site and have not heard anything. I did not get a receipt email about order. I paid with PayPal, so I do have proof of purchase with PayPal. I’m going to put a complaint with PayPal.
I ordered a phone case took forever to get it and when it did arrive. Wrong cover it was half the size of my phone. Cheaply made nothing but a piece of rubber.will dispute the charge with my bank
I purchased an item and never received it I tried to track it and it was a invalid tracking number I requested a refund and heard nothing from them there scammers

I bought three shirts for my step daughter's due to their mother's passing in April of this year and it's sad to see that people are scamming when it really has a lot to do with your heart.... I'm going to report this business and I hope people don't use it in the future...
