Woodbests complaints Woodbests fake or real Woodbests legit or fraud

What is Woodbests.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling different types of Wooden Jigsaw Puzzles, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Woodbests is classified as one of the problematic sites because of the following facts we found on its website:

Company Address:

It has provided its parent company’s name and address as COOBUY LIMITED Office No.352 Manchester Business Park, 30000 Aviator Way, Manchester, Lancashire, England, M22 5TG on its Terms of Service page and that is also by taking a screenshot of the address instead of directly writing the address on its website. Normally, the scam sites provide their company’s address in that way so that no one can find them by searching on Google.

Not only that but lots of details provided on the its website match with the scam sites operating under Qandies Limited. So, it looks like COOBUY LIMITED is another company operating by the same group or they may just have provided the random company name which belongs to another company. Either way, it is definitely not a good sign. Besides this address is used by other suspicious sites like Loveliou, OakBayOnlin, FishGadget, Skyhun, Shecion, Mytheret, Hounony, Lanjane, Dressmuse, Paproshe, Viannar, Nowsinin, Wededi, YourRockStyle, Fosubro, Elimilz, Singkings, NewFashionsly, Hailady, Hahary, Honaliy, etc.

Another address is provided on Refund Policy page as No.2101 Luguxinxigang, Lugu Street, Yuelu District, Changsha, Hunan, China 410000. Google Maps can’t find the exact match of this address. Its contact phone number is also not provided on the website. So, we don’t recommend this site for any kind of online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell puzzles at heavy discount rates which is a strategy found to be followed by lots of scam sites these days to lure people into their scam.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites like Hqmjsbpnz.Buzz.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. It has stated that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned facts, it can be concluded that Woodbests is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

  1. Ordered 3puzzles. Got 4,one was free as described on their site. I ordered a large gragonfly but got a dragon with the dragonfly picture. Try putting that together! I cannot contact them as their website service and contact info goes nowhere. Last order, sadly as the prices are good and the puzzles are awesome!

I got four puzzles from them and they were fine--no missing pieces and they were beautiful and whimsical as advertised. Yes, they came in bags, not boxes. The pieces were a bit delicate and quite small, making the puzzles fiddly to put together, but it was still fun. They ship from China, which isn't clear from the website, so a second order I placed in late November still hasn't arrived in time for Christmas. But according to the tracking numbers they provided, they have reached my city and should arrive soon.
