Either is a Wolvestuff fraud or genuine?

Most of the new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. So, if you want to find out either is a Wolvestuff fraud or not, either it is delivering purchased items to its clients on time or not, you can check our analysis and comment sections below. If you can’t find any comment below but you have some experience dealing with the Wolvestuff online store, then you can place your own comment below and share with us your experience with Wolvestuff.

Our Analysis on Wolvestuff: Below are some tips that will help you to identify either is a Wolvestuff fake or real:-

# You can check either any online store is secured properly or not. You should know that legit online stores never compromise on their security whereas scam ones don’t care about their website security and even try to trick people by showing the fake trust seal logos of McAfee, Norton and so on. In order to identify the provided trust seal logos are real or not, you can click on them which should send you to the official verification webpage of respective trust seal providers. If the provided trust seals are not clickable or if they don’t send you to the official verification webpages of respective trust seal providers when you click on them, then you should know those are fake trust seals. You should avoid all online stores with fake trust seal logos. We didn't find any fake trust seals on the Wolvestuff website.

# Most of the scam online stores don’t provide their company’s address or contact phone number. Some scam online stores provide fake contact details. So, always check the provided contact details are real or not before shop from any new online stores. In the case of Wolvestuff, it has provided its company's address as "6201 Winnetka Ave Woodland Hills California US 91367" on its "Terms of Service" page.

# Most of the scam online stores sell items at a very cheap price, so always be cautious with online stores that offer you the items on sale at a very cheap price. If something is too good to be true, then most of the time that is not true. Wolvestuff is offering only a realistic discount but not a heavy discount like lots of scam sites are offering.

# Most of the scam online stores copy-paste lots of details from other scam websites. So, check the details like product details, product images, website theme, Terms of Service, About Us details, Privacy Policy, Return Policy and so on provided on any online stores match with other sites or not. Also, try to find blunders. For example, some online stores mention their Terms of Service is governed by the laws of some country but provide their company’s address which belongs to another country. So, if you find such copy-paste blunders in any online store, you should know they are not good online stores. In the case of Wolvestuff, we didn't find any serious copy-paste blunders.

# Try to find out the complaints posted by users. Most of the time you can find out lots of complaints posted by users of online stores if they are not doing good. Scam online stores always have a bunch of complaints and very few or almost zero positive reviews. So, check the complaints around the internet for any online stores before you purchase something from those online stores. We haven't found many complaints about Wolvestuff but still, there are a few ones. If you have any serious complaints about Wolvestuff, then please feel free to share that using the comment section below.

  1. Unreliable firm. I ordered and paid in October 2019 two sweatshirts. In February 2020, only one arrived. I gave up fighting this Chinese company. I do not recommend trading to anyone.

Oh, that's bad. However, same thing happened to a few clients before but later Wolvestuff contacted us and told us they solved the problems of those clients. So, please keep on contacting the support team of Wolvestuff and at least wait 1 week for them to reply. And keep on updating us how they respond to you.

Yes, as per the user reviews, we can say that they are improving day by day and doing well these days.

    2. O.K., they communicate after about a week, but they seem to be communicating the computer because they do not respond to the arguments and require their own communication

Wolvestuff.com is a legit business, established in 2016, we're serving thousands of customers every months.
During the holiday we've faced many delays in shipping, mostly on DHL side. We are extremely sorry for that.

If you still don't get any response from them, then it’s better you contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account.

Let us explain to you. We really want to help you here. We are actually doing good for you. We are not the only reviewer online. So, even if we delete this review, another will write the same thing when they find out these faults on your website. As you can see, we are not saying your website is a scam and haven’t categorized it as a bad one. On top of that, we are displaying your each and every comment so that the public can read these comments and find out the reality of your company. So, if you make these changes, that is better for you. Yes, we know you are using Shopify platform. But these days there are 1000+ scam sites using the Shopify platform. So, we can’t guarantee any site is legit or scam just because they are using the Shopify platform.

It looks like you are having difficulty to take out those fake trust seals. Ok, then we can help you. It looks like the main problem is within your website theme. Some themes of Shopify are giving inbuilt McAfee logos. So, you should contact Shopify either to delete those logos or make them clickable and verifiable or help you to completely change your website theme.

We really want to help you. Once you make these corrections, we are ready to give a legit badge to your website which will boost your business a lot. So, do it patiently and contact us again when everything is done properly. If Shopify helps you, you can correct it within a day. Hope you understand.

      Thank you

My wife claims she ordered from them in the past and received everything. That being said I ordered 3 t-shirts back in October 2019 that she wanted for Christmas but since then have heard nothing sent 3 emails no response and called twice to only be able to leave a message which they never returned . Luckily I paid thru PayPal and filed a claim to get my money back. Will be reporting them to the online BBB as well . ********BEWARE*******

      Hello Klaus,
All your orders has been delivered, PayPal also decided on our favor, since you've received the orders.
We're sorry about the delay with shipping, but we've delivered everything, between a delay and claiming we're scam there is a big gap, please remove your comment.
