I feel left out because I ordered a cat tree before Christmas and received nothing. Not even some ugly earmuffs. Total BS!

I ordered a vat tree. Waiting well over a month and I just received ears. I'm not happy. But if it sounds too good to be true don't get it. I wish I listened to myself now. True bloody scam artists.

  3. Ordered two cat trees from them. Sat in California for over a month. Got an email said it was delivered, I guess they consider some lousy ear muffs two cat trees. WHAT A SCAM!!!!!! Don't trust anything you see on Facebook. I thought it was legit because I went to their actual web page.

I ordered a cat tree from Wokknit, recurved ear muffs and couldn’t figure out what went wrong. So I got a pair of $35 muffs. Can’t believe I got scammed.

  5. Ordered 12/27, knew it was too good to be true? ordered some cat trees for $50. Im sure Ill get a crap item any day now. Sent an email asking when its coming and if they're a scam company. Well, at least this will finally push me to replace my card since it was already hacked before!

  6. I ordered a cat tree that was supposed to be delivered out of USA, instead came from China. Finally got a tracking number but it does not belong to any local carrier. After a month and a half I finally received an email that it was delivered but I never received it. Emailed them and they said it was delivered to check my mailbox and yard and check with the post office, all with no luck. Now they are not responding to my emails. A bunch of scammers. If it sounds to good to be true it probably is

  7. Yep, happened to me too. Ordered a cat tree for Christmas and ended up receiving a pair of white earmuffs. Customer service email doesn't work. I'm in the process of trying to get my money back through my bank. 🙁

We ordered two cat trees and 27 days later we received white earmuffs instead. I can’t figure out how to let Facebook know these are fake ads. Tried to go back and see the ads on Facebook that I originally ordered from, but could not find it. This ad is totally scam.

Wokknit is a scam. No reply to emails. Phone not legit. Checked tracking daily and went from still in LA to it was delivered 5 days ago overnight. Filed charge back with credit card company. Bummer.

  10. Ordered 2 cat trees from their FB ad. On 11/25/22. Tracked it on a daily basis. Arrive at Los Angeles on Dec 10...actually today says its still there. I received in mail today 12/21/22 a soft pack mailer w original tracking # for my trees...it has a stocking hat & hand warmer in it. I emailed them back on 16th, inquiring why it was sitting in LA...they told me to wait a few more days. So this arrives today. Doing a little research, I find countless postings of people w same comments happening to them on FB page. I have sent another email to them. But also, have started a dispute w my CC company. Scammed ???

  11. I too fell victim to this scam! I'm usually so careful and do the research so as to avoid just this situation. Was moving into a new apartment and have the room for a tree,. Tried to contact numerous times through email. But alas, no cat tree for "G" this Christmas.

  12. Ordered from them. Still haven’t received anything and there isn’t any way for me to contact them from the site. Or put in my order number. It’s people like this that make it bad for other honest folks.

Hi. I almost got a cat tree but saw these remarks. Their Facebook page has a phone number and I believe email.

  13. I unfortunately have had two orders from them and my daughter has an order from them as well we have received nothing for the forty eight dollars i guess i should have realized this might be a scam but i have seen some heavily discounted items in the past thought it was a flash sale maybe.

My tracking number starts with an a g says i can use track seven one eight four it shows it to be sitting in surprise since november twenty fifth and when i write them they state it was delivered.

I did receive a mysterious caliber feed what's several points but i believe that to have come from amazon as i tracked the shipping return address to an amazon warehouse.

Any ways my post office can't find anything i'm still waiting i'm extremely sad because these were for several rescue cats that i was trying to get something nice for christmas

John & Brend - The same thing happened to us. We received 3 packages which contained fountain pens. One tracking number inquiry showed one of our orders had been delivered, the other says it's still in transit, and the third we can't even access. We wrote a long email explaining all of this to them, but don't expect any response. We got their information on Facebook, and will be contacting them. The pens were shipped from 2 Amazon facilities in the US, and we'll be contacting them. We're also pursuing fraud procedures through our bank's fraud department to at least pursue a refund, and hopefully begin a fraud investigation.

Fake. Misleading total scam. I had to pay an extra $5.50 for postage due. I was delivered a cheap chinese made calligraphy pen. Emailed company blocked. Sent picture of order and confirmation. Still nothing. Package had sticker under shipping sticker to an address in Waco Texas....they need to be shut down.

So I got excited and ordered a cat tree. Been emailing them no reply of course. Guess I'm out the money . Should I change my debit card now so they don't try to charge me illegally? Contact me at mccamydiane@gmail.com for suggestions

  16. Definitely a scam. Unfortunately ordered from them before realizing it was a scam. Sent me a fountain pen and marked order as complete.

I ordered in November and their tracking showed it to be at my Post Office since November 18 ready for pickup. I have been to the Post Office countless times and they said they don't have it and the tracking number is bogus. So I would say this is a scam.

  18. Absolute scam
