  6. Use Strong passwords: Use unique, hard-to-guess passwords for your payment accounts. Moreover, add two-factor authentication for extra safety.
  7. Watch for Phishing Attempts: Be cautious of emails from unknown senders with links. So, check the link before clicking it. Moreover, look at the website's URL to make sure it's not fake and related to the website name.

  1. I ordered a real cute top, it took a long time to get it, but I love it!

  2. I'm glad to find this out as I was about to order. I wonder what site/store those cute sweatshirts come from? I'd love to get the real thing!

  3. I ordered 2 shirts February 2, 2023 for st. Pats day, 6 weeks layer they arrived to late for our party and the quality of both shirts sucked. I contacted support and they basically told me...oh well! I will never order from. Them again. G

How did you contact customer service I can't. I received two of the three things I ordered I should have checked here first

  4. I, too, have been scammed by Whitecloths. It has been over a month and the tracking numbers they gave me are fake. They answer my emails with “Please be patient” & “Sorry for the inconvenience”. Now I get a reply that they are on holiday this week. Don’t order from them. It’s a scam & I’m out $70.00!

    1. Yup.
They got me the same way.
Tracking number doesn't exist (like we weren't going to check that!), e .ails go unresponded to, they are on holiday (whatever that is), and "please be patient..we're trying to get in contact with the shipper".. (but you ARE the shipper, right?)
Out of about $60 and no one to blame but me.

I ordered the cat pullover that was supposed to have the cat raised from top in a 3d look. Received item and it is made from cheap material and has a cat detail printed on it. Not at all like pull over shown on their site. Cost me 60 in Canadian dollars. Scam site!

I purchased five items from this company white cloth. I only received one top. When I contacted them, they kept sending me my shipping information saying that the package was delivered. When I questioned them over and over about where the other missing items were they did not respond, and eventually just blocked me so that I could not email them any further. Do not order from this company.

That has happened to me as well. I ordered 3 tops and they sent me 1 totally different. I've tried contacting them about it and I've had no contact from them. I'm so disappointed that I've just lost $150.00 worth of merchandise that I will not be receiving. Where else do we complain to?

  7. I ordered two identical sweatshirts from whitecloths .com: one for me, and one for my daughter. They had a screen print that was supposed to say, "The Sanderson Sisters," from the movie Hocus Pocus. When they arrived, the products were poorly made and had an odd fit, and they were also misprinted. One said "The Sannerson Sisters," and the other said, "The Anderson Sisters." In addition, I ordered a pair of pants in what was advertised as a Women's Large, and they sent a pair of pants that would barely fit a skinny toddler. They hardly reach past my knees, and I'm only 5'2". When I contacted the company's customer service, they refused to allow me to exchange or refund the items. I went back and forth with them several times, and the only answer they would send back was, "We checked with our warehouse, and you were indeed shipped the correct items." No matter how many times I explained the problem, they would not make the situation right. I don't want anyone else having the same scammy experience that I did. I'm out over $80 for unwearable, defective clothing.

I ordered 2 shirts from whitecloths that were of a flimsy material and didn't fit right. It wasn't so much that the fit was too small as it was a funny fit like large all over and tight around the hips. They requested a picture of the packages that had the required numbers on them. I sent those and they said that I had received the correct items and offered me $5.00. Their site says that returns and refunds can be made if in the original package and not worn or damaged. I couldn't believe that they refused to allow me to return them and receive a refund. I'll never order from them or any unknown company like them again!

  9. I ordered from this company as I saw an ad on Facebook. I ordered at the end of July 2020, and it’s now September 19, 2020 and I still haven’t received anything. I’m in Australia, said company was in UK but charged US dollars. ($111!) Looks like I was shafted. Do your due diligence people!!

White cloths is a total scam from my experience. Never received the order after 3 weeks, and I get getting bogus tracking numbers that don’t work. I was very foolish not to have researched them prior to buying. I have informed my credit card company.

  11. Yes, it's a scam. Wanted to exchange 2 items for larger sizes and return one other item. Was told that the warehouse confirmed I received the right order so I'm stuck. I'll give the clothes to Goodwill and maybe someone can wear them but DO NOT order from this company.

I did not check the sites reputation prior to ordering $95 worth of clothing. I can't locate an email confirming by order which alarms me. I do see the amount came out of my checking account. At this point I am not sure what to do.

  13. Leslie Avatar

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It took over a month to receive an item that looked NOTHING like what I ordered. When I contacted them with photos of what I ordered versus what I received, they insisted it was the same item and refused to allow me to return it. I've opened a case with PayPal. Save yourself the trouble!

  14. I ordered two shirts from them this afternoon and noticed that the amount charged to my credit card was more than the amount on my order confirmation. I sent them an online cancellation as well as an email to cancel my order. We will see how this company that prints so-called Christian shirts responds. I may be out some dollars.

I ordered a t-shirt from them and, as soon as I discovered they were charging me a bogus $7.50 tax on a $19.99 t-shirt, on top of $9.99 shipping, I immediately emailed them and requested they cancel the order. I did this within 20 minutes of placing the order yet they claimed it had already been shipped. No way. I intend to refuse it and dispute the charge with Paypal.

  16. I wish I would’ve read The comments on this page before I ordered. I ordered June 11 and I’m still waiting for my order. I did get reimbursed for what they called taxes on my PayPal account and now it’s telling me that my order is in the United States customs. I feel sad about this whole thing because the website tells me it’s Christian-based website. I’ve been scammed!

This compnis a SCAM. Bought a shirt from them very bad quality , the shirt wasn't even finished , the sleeves and bottom of the shirt wasn't sown you can see the bad cutting they did with the scissors. DO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Whitecloths is a big SCAM. I wrote them back and told them about the shirt and they just offer me 5dls. Back way less of what I paid for the shirt. DO NOT TRUST THEM IS A SCAM COMPANY

  18. A scam. Goods delivered look and feel dreadful quality. Website says "Easy Returns", while in reality they did everything they could to avoid accepting return, but fortunately I paid with Paypal and forced their hands within Paypal's buyer protection policy. Then they gave a false/undeliverable address in Hongkong as return address. Fortunately I posted with recorded signed for, with photos of everything, which meant Paypal had no choice but to refund in full and to refund return postage. AVOID.

  19. Melissa Avatar

I bought a dress from them that looked nothing like the photo. When I asked for a refund of the $50 they said they would only refund me 5$. When I said I wanted to return the dress for a full refund they offered 8$. The dress is horrible. The fit is awful and the material is like cheap pajamas.

  20. Scam. Charge more to the credit card. Never received the order

  21. Darlene Avatar

I received my items after about 3 weeks. I kept 2 of the items but pants I had ordered were very thin and one top I had ordered 2 sizes o purpose so I kept one . I’ve been trying to get an answer for about a week about returns. They kept asking for pictures of the items so the warehouse could check they had sent the right sizes . Today the email said, oh you got the right sizes so donate the items because it’s not their problem! From the wording and phrasing I would guess this is an overseas scammer.

  22. May 13, 22 I bought 2 pairs of linen pants, received June 2, 22, that didn't fit. My first correspondence with them was June 3, 22 letting them know they didn't fit. I've been trying to return and get a refund since then. They keep telling me that the warehouse sent the correct size per my order. Per their response to that first email, "But as our warehouse checked, the size they sent to you is correct according to your order." It's true, they did send the size I ordered, but the sizes I ordered don't fit. My order amount was 66.01, not a lot, but so far all they offered as a refund is 15.00. That's after first offering 5.00, then 10.00. As of their latest email response this morning, 15.00 is their last offer. Basically take it or leave it.
I reported this company to the Federal Trade Commission since there is a US distribution center in Torrance California; to econsumer.gov regarding international scams since their website address is in England; the IC3 - International Crime Complaint Center which is in partnership with the FBI and the National White Crimes Center since their warehouse is in China. I responded to their email from this morning with the details as to whom they have been reported. I expect nothing from them but I will continue to attempt to let others know this company is not one to do business with. As someone else stated in another comment, STAY WELL CLEAR!!!! DO NOT BUY from this company and DO NOT use PayPal there just as RIDICULOUS as THIS company I ordered in February and I still have not received the product they have told me that they have shipped it that I got one package now I’m supposed to get two packages PayPal would not do anything about it so I went to my bank and shut my PayPal account off! NEVER received any goods AND they tried to CHARGE me TWICE! PayPal is just as SCANDALOUS!?????

  25. DO NOT buy from Whitecloths - it is a scam site - the clothes delivered looks nothing like in the photo and are of absolute bad quality. AVOID at all cost.

I ordered two dresses. They took over 6 weeks to arrive. Could not tell where they would be originating from when I placed the order. They actually were shipped from Spain and took 6 weeks. The sizing was smaller than expected and the dresses were nylon material. Nothing like I expected. I gave dealing them with them for two months about getting reimbursed. They are prompt in responding to my emails but refusing to give me my full reimbursement. Every email response they offer me $2 more than the last email. As of their current email they are offering me $18 reimbursement on a $67 order which I refused as satisfied compensation. Bad customer service, bad way to do business!

RATING: F. I wish I had read reviews before ordering from whitecloths.com. The clothes look so cute but, after waiting close to a month, the clothes I finally received were very poor quality and no where near true to size! I would say they would fit a child before they would fit an adult. And after back and forth with the company, they refused to issue a return authorization and told me to 'give the clothes as a gift to someone else'!! When have you ever tried to return something to a store that didn't work out and have the retailer tell you 'no, you can't return it, just give it as a gift'?? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I received 2 items. Both were damp in the zip packets and smelled foul. They also looked nothing like the online photos and looked awful on me. The company made me send photos (how do you photograph dampness and odor?) and “reviewed” them. They said there’s nothing wrong with the items and refuse to refund my money. Unbelievable. Just lost $55. Never again!

  30. A shirt I ordered from Whitecloth came at least 4 sizes too small by comparing measurements, but they assured me it was the correctsize. This company relies on the fact that postage is too expensive for returns, and also uses the Christian angle purely as a marketing tool, nothi g christian there if yhey are liars and ripoff merchants.

Really bad service! Slow, slow shipping and the quality of the products is horrible. Scratchiest fabric ever. Sizing is off. Asked for a refund and they said everything is as it should be, so no refund. I guess our standards are quite different!! I was stupid! Buyer beware!!

  32. Wish I had checked it out also. Kept getting updates about my order and then yesterday they said it had been delivered. Not true. There was no package delivered at their designated date and time according to my ring doorbell recording. Wrote them and they said yes-delivered, check with my post office. I'm sure I will get nothing of value from the USPS. My huge mistake and lost money.

  33. Absolutely do NOT buy anything from here. What you receive is NOTHING like what is shown in the photo. I sometimes buy things on a lark from facebook ads, without expecting much. This was definitely an "online purchase FAIL". Steer clear!

I never received my package. I sent them info showing that my package was sent back to them because of a forwarding address expiration. They promptly said it was delivered and for me to call USPS or ask my neighbors. I received plenty of emails from them, and have been given three different tracking numbers. They are like 30 numbers long…. I looked further into their shipping and returns and it says somewhat unrealistically that as the receicer I am responsible for tracking and supplying customs with any necessary documents and if it was returned, they can’t furnish a replacement or a refund….”you may have to reorder”. I’m no fool! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS “CHRISTIAN” website store.

Their designs look gorgeous... BUT the garments BEAR NO RESEMBLANCE TO THE PHOTOS!!!

I ordered over $100 of clothing from them; they took ages to arrive.
Shipping said they had delivered, before they arrived!!! (Obviously a scam service!)
When they "clothes" did arrive I wouldn't even use them as a floor-cloth!!!
Thin & transparent material that was printed, not stitched, no "shape" to the garments & sizes were way out!!!
    ABSOLUTE RUBBISH !!!

It would cost me more money, time & effort to return them and I doubt if Id ever get a refund anyway.
I wouldn't insult any charity by passing them on (Id be embarrassed to!) so they have gone straight into the dustbin!!!
DO NOT be tempted, DO NOT waste your money
