Anyone that have had dealing with vosewu needs to file a complaint with FBi and the DOJ and report it to the media to fight back and stop the scammers people need to start reporting them like I did
I'll add my story to the scam pile. Ordered a radio, which was for a cheap price. Same story as others, was told will ship once payment is received. About a month later I received earbuds. I emailed the company and they apologized and said it was an issue in shipping. They offered to resend the item. I accepted the offer. I waited about another month and happened to check on the item, and the shipping service said delivered a few days prior. I emailed them again explaining the situation. I also told them at that point I wanted a refund. They offered a refund minus ten dollars for the shipping charge. I refused, they again offered a refund but wanted 7.50 as a shipping fee. I again refused. After a few days and back and forth they relented and said a full refund would be processed. When that didn't happen after a few days I emailed again. They told me it would be 10-15 days due to china banks. I waited the 10-15 days and emailed again, they responded that they are in their selling season and would try to get the refund processed when they could. So, long story short, don't buy anything from this "company".
I ordered a Grundig 750 Shortwave radio from them last February and it still hasnt arrived. I am figuring I am out $76.95 at this point.
You need to report it to the RBI and the DOJ a long with the media fight back Don't let them get a way with there scam. it is the only way to deal with them

I'll add a complaint here as a warning to others. Ordered an HF Antenna Tuner at what seemed a fantastic price. Took forever to arrive, which wasn't unexpected, since it was coming from China. But when it finally arrived, it had magically turned into wireless earbuds. Presumably useful in their own right, they still aren't going to let me use my ham radio on my wire antenna any better than it does without. Don't know the price difference, but I bet it's at least $50. Guess I'm out $60 (price paid), since I used PayPal instead of using a CC.
Like the person from April 04, 2021 stated, "Vosewu doesn’t send ordered items it sends cell phone holder instead of radio." This is true. I've also found evidence of suspected fraud; the evidence was passed to my bank.

what a scam I ordered a $65.99 cb radio. Only took 40 days to get here. what did I get pair of figure nail clippers and file . I had the bank give me my money back. Also reporting them to the NH state police.

I ordered a product that has never been delivered. I paid through Paypal and they are still investigating my complaint. Since I placed by order on Fdb. 3 rd. I received a small cell phone charger from China, that I never ordered from a business I have never heard of. I think the scam is, they will say I ordered the charger and that it was delivered. It was a real piece of crap and I threw it in the trash 5 minutes after I opened it. It said on Paypal that the seller was a Chinese sounding auto parts business. Not Vosewu. A total scam. I probably lost $65 unless Paypal pays me back.

After reading their return "policy" carefully they never say where the item's return address would be located. I suspect the address, if they provide any, might be in China, which would cost a fortune to return. They also require a tracking return number. Speaking of tracking, the company they use is based in China. Another peculiarity I noticed is the English used on this website, which supposedly originates in New Hampshire, is awkward. Not the colloquial English you would expect from a U.S. based company. In that vein, some of the punctuation is noticeably incorrect. I don't mind buying from a foreign retailer as long as it is clearly explained. For some reason this site is attempting to hide its origins.
Given the fact that they could be found on ebay and even Amazon (not actively selling on either) could leave you to believe they are legit. This assumption is false! They do have a website where you can purchase things and even pay with Paypal. They do claim they will ship as soon as payment is received. Ten days after I paid with PayPal (instant payment as you may know) I asked for a tracking number. It took a few days until they replied that they will tell me the tracking number as soon as they ship!? I already paid 10 days ago and still no shipping? I asked them to refund my money and have not heard a word yet. I sent them an invoice for my money via paypal. I'll wait another day before I open a dispute. In short, stay away from them!

Scammers are getting more clever these days. They send fake items to show PayPal that the item has been delivered and trick the PayPal system. So, you can't be sure either PayPal will able to catch their lies or not.
