Vevor Review: Genuine? Vevor Scam or Legit?

Are you looking for the Vevor Review? Then you have just landed in the right page because we have tried to provide you the reality of this website to the best possible extent we can in the below section. What you need to do is just go through this page and know what this online store is all about, whether a Vevor scam or a trustworthy company.

Vevor complaints. Vevor fake or real? Vevor legit or fraud?

What is Vevor?

It is an online shopping store that is selling different tools and other products like hand tools, power tools, art and craft and sewing, material handling, restaurant and food service and so on. It has provided some categories without listing any products. Legit sites won't provide such unnecessary categories. Further, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Vevor as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

# It has mentioned its parent company’s name and address as BUMPERR LTD: G34 Stokenchurch Business Park Ibstone Road, Stokenchurch, High Wycombe, United Kingdom, HP14 3FE in its “Terms of Service” details and that is also by taking a screenshot of the company’s name instead of directly writing the company’s name on its website.

Normally, the scam sites have provided their company’s address in that way so that no one can find them by searching on Google. Actually, lots of problematic sites are using this same company name and address.

# Actually, we have found BUMPERR LTD is linked with lots of other companies that are mentioned by multiple scam sites as their parent company such as ALKMAND ESTATE LTD, CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED, A&KE Limited and HONGKONG JIGAO INFORMATION & TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED.

We can say the sites who have mentioned these companies as their parent company are linked with each other and operating by the same team because, in lots of scam sites, you can find they have provided two company names either on their website or on their WHOIS details. And, even there is no guarantee that these all sites belong to those mentioned companies because these sites have only provided the screenshots of the company’s name instead of directly writing the company’s name on their websites. So, maybe these scam sites are misusing the name of other’s companies.

# Companies operating under BUMPERR LTD have so many customers’ complaints about the quality of products. They deliver the very low quality products or different products other than they advertise on their website. The product value is also much higher than the quality of product they deliver. Secondly, the delivery time of products as well as the customer support is also very poor.

# Few contents provided on its website match with lots of scam and suspicious sites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

Beware of Vevor! I purchased a small table saw which was clearly pictured on their web site as also having a drill chuck projecting from side. The item I received did not have the chuck. When I complained their excuse was that I had bought the version without a chuck. How they could claim this when there was neither a picture nor an option for the one without a chuck I do not know. Interesting that in their terms and conditions they specifically absolve themselves from responsibility if their advertisers provide incorrect information about products for sale. How ridiculous and why does Google allow them to get away with this. So BEWARE OF ANYTHING YOU SEE ON VEVOR's SITE. WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY RECEIVE COULD BE VERY DIFFERENT.

  3. I ordered a CO2 laser from Vevor, then saw these reviews... I contacted them about my delivery as I had not heard anything apart from receiving the order confirmation, the next day an email confirmed the delivery by Palletline as it was a large machine, it arrived 5 days later with no problems at all.

Only last week I ordered a compressor, which arrived in 3 days. I have no problem with this company, Vevor is an international multimillion pound company, you need to change your 'verdict' as this will no doubt loss them business...

    1. are you calling the people who have been ripped off by them liars?

Ordered a delux Palm Router. It arrived on time. It was delivered (free) via Royal Mail. I received an Email saying my parcel would be delivered between 8.55 am and 9.25 am. It arrived at 9.15am. So far no complaints, however. when I unpackaged the router there was no user manual. I phoned the two numbers advertised but it was a Saturday. Tried this morning. The 'gentleman' I spoke to was able to trace my order via my order number. He said he would send me a user manual 'if he could find one' Im not all that confident. Very professional Web site.

I've had nothing but excellant experience with Vevor, I own a small bakery on the island of Kauai, Hi and have bought serveral items from them. In fact ordered two more items just this morning. Personally I had only one issue so far and with a few emails it was fixed. They sent me the missing part. I will continue to use them.

The customer service was horrible the call center was worse you have to call in 20 times to finally get through were they know nothing and just right emails to china for you. However after trying several emails to china as my products were late or they said they were available and in stock took my money thousands and then informed me many days later they did not actually have the product and the delivery time would be 3 months or i could get a refund.
    so
    13 voided
1 refunded i did not make the purchase
    1 refunded
2 I have no idea were the order is nor does anyone else
    1 in transit
    3 delivered
i am demanding my money back i will not accept any orders even if they have been shipped i fear if anything goes wrong with the product i have purchased well if there is this much problems with purchase just think how they treat you after you purchase. Im voting with my dollars and going someplace else.

I have not received my very basic order from them after several weeks. I have given them time, as I thought they might be having supply chain issues. However, I'm pretty sure it is a scam and will need to contact Visa to stop payment.

  8. No warranty on Vevor ultrasonic cleaner
Purchased an ultrasonic cleaner from Vevor, and it failed within the advertised 12-month warranty. Go to their site and you will see at the top of the web page a 12-month warranty, no further information on what they mean by a 12-month warranty. This is their reply:
    Dear Customer,

    Thank you for contacting us.
We are sorry that we have not received a reply from the supplier.

As you used this machine for more than 6 months and this product still in one-year warranty, we can only resend product for free within in one-month after receive.

We provide the following suggestions for you:

    1. You repair it from local and we bear the repair fee in acceptable range for you. Please inform us the repair fee first.

    2. Considering that you used this machine for more than 6 months, you pay 50 % of the price for a brand new machine. We will send you the new product after confirm the payment.

    Hope to hear from you!

    Melody.

This is not acceptable - buy American and from a company that stands behind their warranty!

  9. The package arrived punctured and missing hardware. It did not have protective packaging and appears to be preowned and perhaps returned. The seller has not been cooperative about honoring their refund policy. I am now disputing the purchase with my bank and PayPal. I have written to their customer service more than a dozen times requia refund. Though the website suggest 30 day free returns they do not honor their return policy. Their 800 number isn't even real! It's an answering service! Their response to this review is laughable considering that they just emailed me this morning offering me a $30 refund for the $192 dollar piece of garbage they sent. Don't buy from Vevor it's a scam.
