I have written a complain about this vczxv.com online store two weeks ago. After nearly 3 months struggling with more than 50 email exchanges, the store finally refund the money back to me. It's really a pain to encounter such unhappy event.
On March 7, 2023, I encountered an advertisement from this online store vczxv.com on YouTube platform, promoting the sale of slippers and running shoes. I proceeded to place an order and made payment using my credit card.
To my dismay, on April 24, 2023, I visited the tracking website provided by the online store to check the progress of my shipment. Shockingly, the record indicated that the goods had been delivered on April 12, 2023. Alarmed by this information, I raised the issue with the online store, only to have them absolve themselves of any responsibility and shift the blame onto the courier service. Despite their claims, they failed to provide any evidence of a successful delivery. Eventually, after persistent pressure, the online store reluctantly agreed to refund the amount to my credit card.
Over the course of the past two months, I have engaged in over 50 email exchanges with a multitude of customer service representatives, each providing repetitive replies filled with empty assurances and flimsy excuses. These excuses range from citing large order volumes and limited daily operation limits to suggesting issues with the payment processor, bank discrepancies, incorrect card information, closed accounts, or insufficient funds. It is clear that I have fallen victim to a scam.
