Ugeat.com is a fraudulent hair online store due to the following reasons:-

# Ugeat is using the same address (2.27 Romer House Lewisham High Street, London, England, SE13 6EE) which lots of scam sites are using such as Salesdee, Directspsi, Storic, Uwigs, BTMD, TopShopt, Stylewe, ZZPlus, HBuys, Hexpress, MartxPlus, OnSales.Sale, PopJulia, SuperTime and so on. However, legit websites always provide a separate address, not the one which has been used by lots of scam sites.

# Legit sites will mention on their website if they are linked with other sites. However, Ugeat hasn’t provided any information about its link with other sites whose address it has been using.

# The phone number (008618363102772) is from China which is a contact number of "Ugeat Hair", but "Ugeat Hair" has mentioned it is from London (2.27 Romer House Lewisham High Street, London, England, SE136EE) within its “Contact Us” page. So, why any company from London will use the phone number which is from China?

# Ugeat.com hasn't provided the required security measures to secure the personal information of the clients due to which your credit card information can be stolen if you purchase any item from this site using your credit card.

# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some of these kinds of online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Now you must be clear why is Ugeat Hair a scam. So, in this situation, we don’t recommend you to purchase anything from Ugeat.

This hair and company is absolute GARBAGE! I requested a return/refund and sent them a picture of the return label with the address they provided. The return was recieved and signed for. The customer service department is now say they did not recieve the return and that "it was sent to the wrong address" because the delivery city was Hacienda Heights and not City of Industry. I let them know that Hacienda Heights and City of Industry share the same zipcode and that the package was in fact delivered to the correct address. They were refusing to give me my refund because they couldn't find the package. After 5 days of going back and forth through email, I called my bank and disputed the charge. This has been an absolute nightmare!

She just said I NEVER HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH BEING SCAMMED. When ppl lie even in writing they inadvertently give themselves away.
