Unfortunately I've had the same experience. I ordered the Firepit they advertised. It looked really nice and priced reasonably but a year later I still have not received it. I emailed them several times and actually got a response ....... but still no firepit. Wish I knew where to get the one they showed in their advertisement because it looked and sounded very nice. What a shame and ripoff!!!

I also was scammed by this bogus company by ordering an Outdoor Umbrella, they even supplied a tracking number but unfortunately what turned up in the mail was a pack of useless Chinese made toothbrushes .
They pretend to operate out of the States but I understand they are Chinese scammers

I ordered a remote control scooter transformer for the price of 45.81 and paid the transport costs on this site turpaire.com; I paid the customs tax and to my surprise I received a set of 10 toothbrushes with a declared value of 5USD
I have written two emails to this site but no response
