Tuatly complaints. Tuatly fake or real? Tuatly legit or fraud?

What is Tuatly?

It is an online shopping store that is selling different products like 2020 NEW Fashion Alternative Transparent Shield, Spiderman/Iron man Scooter Electric Car Music led Light Toys, Drawstring Christmas Gift Bags (10 Sets), Anti-Germ Comfortable Breathing Bracket With FREE Faceguard Buckle Band, Adjustable Extension Strap, Rechargeable cow wallet, and so on. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Tuatly as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address And Other Information :

The company’s address and contact phone number are missing on its website whereas legit companies always provide such information in their websites. This makes it clear it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for our online shopping.

The email address it has provided i.e. sa*****************@*****ok.com doesn’t belong to its domain name. This email address is found to be used by other websites like Bestgardlife, Felicbuy, Jolianao, and so on. So it seems like all these websites might be operated by same group of scammers.

Security of the Website:

It has provided the fake trust seal logos of Norton, McAfee etc. on its Product details page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Copied Content:

Lots of content including its About Us page match with multiple suspicious and problematic problematic sites.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is providing unreasonable discount and sales offers on lots of products it sells which seems unrealistic and too good to be true. Hence most of the scam sites adopt this kind of strategy to attract people in their website.

Customer Support and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Tuatly is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

Ordered masks 12/13. Received 2/3. I don't like them at all and have emailed for return label. No answer yet.

Ditto all of the other reviews- I ordered masks on December 14th with my visa card, however now that I have not received them I pulled the info up on my credit card statement and it shows a phone number next to the charge, which as it turns out is Pay Pal. I have reached out to them and they are attempting to help me with a dispute against the company and trying to get my money back. This is definitely a scam and shame on me for not checking out the website prior to ordering. No more orders thru Facebook, especially since I have dropped Facebook.

I got scammed and I’m so mad at myself for it! Ordered the clear masks a month ago...received order confirmation and shipping info. But when I went back to look at the tracking, it says it was returned WHILE STILL IN CHINA. Lesson earned...stop buying stuff off of FB or IG. Stick to Amazon or other vendors that you know that are truly legit or do more research.

  4. So, as of today 1/18/2021, have you receive your order?

I was just notified that my order has shipped so fingers crossed. The information on this review was most enlightening and helpful though.

I also ordered these masks on December 10 2020 and I have an order number they did answer me once through Facebook message that they are in China but due to the large volume as of today, I just text them again through message where is my item so I am still waiting for a response if I don't receive them by the end of next week I will have to call my credit card company and cancel try to get my money back.

I ordered the clear masks from Tuatly because it said on their website "American owned and operated" To me that sounded secure. I got an email about a week later saying that my order had been shipped. Nothing ever arrived. I sent them 3 emails that were never answered. I wish I had checked with this site before ordering.
