What is Tsuka-Shop .com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling LED Lightboxes, Diorama Cubes, Diorama Frames, Lenticular Posters, Keychains, Figures, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Tsuka Shop is suspected to be one of the problematic sites because of the following drawbacks on its website:

Company Address:

The company’s address and contact phone number of this online store are not given on its website whereas legit companies shall always provide such information on their websites. So, it is clear that this site is trying to hide the information, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address i.e. contact@hirotsuka .com is not related to its domain name.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

  1. Deceptive billing that tried to exploit customers. Purchased a handful of 3D stickers for my vehicle and they signed me up for a monthly subscription. The invoice says nothing about its recurring payment, but when you click "view order" in the customer invoice you receive via email in light grey text it says at the very bottom "subscriptions" which nobody would ever notice or even click (because the email includes your full receipt already) that says 30 day monthly subscription. They then refused to cancel the order the moment I realised a charge hit my account, which they refused then 6 days after my email shipped the order. (There was more than a reasonable amount of time to cancel the order and I immediately cancelled the subscription on their site that same day).

This company does not care about customer service, they aim to make profit by exploiting those who purchase their products. Spend your money elsewhere.
