What is TheSneakerMedia .com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling shoes, clothings, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized TheSneakerMedia as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address is provided as 27 Old Gloucester Street London – WC1N 3AX. There are multiple companies using this address (Source: companieshousedata.co.uk). This proves it is only a virtual address used by multiple companies just to register a company in the UK Companies House by renting an address from virtual address service provider. So, this address is not a physical location of its company or store.

Another address is mentioned on Shipping and Refund Policy pages as 1572 Roseytown RdGreensburg, PA 15601, USA. There is no business with the name TheSneakerMedia that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps. Instead, other businesses are mentioned over there. So, it is clear that this site is trying to hide the information, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund and Returns Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. It has stated that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

All the above presented facts are enough to draw the conclusion that TheSneakerMedia is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

The sneakers arrived in 10 days. I was worried from all the negative reviews on other sites.
I now need to return for a different size but I can’t get hold of the company or customer service for anything! I wonder if they are waiting for their 30 day return policy to expire before contacting me back.
These sneakers aren’t for me and i would not be able to tell if they are genuine or fake but they look ok to me. Let’s hope I hear back. Im dubious about sending back to the address listed on their website as there’s no paperwork included an a google search doesn’t bring up the address as being linked to this company.
    Hope this helps.

  2. Do not buy from this website
I ordered air jordan 1 for £150 and despite getting a notification email, and money taken from my account. They didn't send the items. I knew something was fishy when starting communicating with them as the email address on their website named Raskad Tompop using support at thesneakermedia.com to communicate started to make excuses and initially said my order is on it's way and when asked fir tracking number he said I made a mistake and never bought an item from their website.
If you ever come across below websites or bought from them, report them as they are just a fake company.

They are a scam they have taken my money and you have to lie and report it as a fraud on your account or your banks won’t refund you or it will be more difficult but why was it at the top of the list with Google including image advertising Google should not advertise or back this company in any way shape or form and I will put in a complaint to them

  5. Wish I had read this first:( just been scammed out of £145 due to trainers not turning up and promised refund has not happened. My 14 year old son bought these trainers with his birthday money and unfortunately they have never turned up and no refund . What an awful thing to do to people.
