We’ve labeled TheCozyBeat as a dubious online store because of these reasons:

Contact Information:

TheCozyBeat fails to disclose its company's address, which reputable companies typically include on their websites. This suggests an attempt to conceal information, leading us to conclude that the site lacks professionalism and cannot be relied upon for online shopping.

Discount and Sales Offers:

The Cozy Beat is promoting its products with substantial discount offers, a common tactic used by fraudulent websites to entice unsuspecting customers. It is important to exercise caution when encountering such deals to avoid potential scams.

Copied Content:

CozyBeat.com theme and lots of other details provided on its website match with multiple problematic sites such as Innovativehomeofficial, Fuzefly, TheGlowyOfficial, etc.

Social Media Presence:

The absence of a social media icon that directs to its business-related social media page is noteworthy. It is uncommon for legitimate online stores to omit such icons, which usually provide customers with links to their social media profiles, pages, or groups. This may suggest that the store does not maintain a presence on social media.

Refund Policy:

The Refund Policy of CozyBeat states that "Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards." However, the website has its all products listed for sale. This policy suggests that the website is not a refund-friendly store and may not be the best option for those seeking flexible return options.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The quality of service provided by comparable online stores has been brought into question due to customer grievances regarding delayed deliveries, inadequate customer support, and unsatisfactory after-sales services. These issues have raised concerns about the reliability and trustworthiness of such stores.

  6. Use Strong passwords: Use unique, hard-to-guess passwords for your payment accounts. Moreover, add two-factor authentication for extra safety.
  7. Watch for Phishing Attempts: Be cautious of emails from unknown senders with links. So, check the link before clicking it. Moreover, look at the website’s URL to make sure it’s not fake and related to the website name.
  8. Be Careful with Your Personal info: Avoid online stores asking for too much personal info.

Total scam! But the covers that others mention don’t arrive. I bought from Colombia. The page said that the products are from a factory in Colombia. Same modus operandi, they answer the first e-mail, you will receive your package next week, and the next e-mails don’t. Don’t buy and if you already did, call your bank, report the fraud and order non-payment.

Complete scam. They apologized for delay and then didn't respond and no package after 2 months
