Owlkay complaints. Owlkay fake or real? Owlkay legit or fraud?

What is Owlkay.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling shoes, sunglasses, swimwear, and so on. Further, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have listed Owlkay as one of the suspicious sites because of the following drawbacks:

Lots Of Customer Complaints:

Owlkay has numerous complaints across the internet, particularly on review platforms like Trustpilot. Many users have shared negative experiences, reporting issues such as poor customer service, delayed in delivery time, and difficulty to get refund.

These widespread complaints raise concerns about the legitimacy of the site and its operations. The fact that numerous individuals have reported similar issues on well-known review sites suggests that the site may not be trustworthy, and potential customers should be cautious before making any purchases.

Company Addresses:

Firstly, parent company's name and address it has provided on its Contact Us page is: Firsple Information Technology Co., Ltd: (HK): RM1302. 13/F CHEONG K BLDG 84-86 DES VOEUX RD CENTRAL, HK. However, there is no business with the name Firsple Limited that has been mentioned on or around this address as well.

Secondly, we found that this parent company name is used by other websites like Nanccy, etc. Legit company always provide its own separate registered company address that can be verified on the Google Search but not the one used by multiple other sites.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell the products at unrealistic discounted prices which is too good to be trusted from any legit company.

Copied content:

Lots of content as well as the its website theme are also matching with other similar type of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Summing up all the above facts, it is concluded that Owlkay is one of the suspicious websites.

I ordered and received 2 pairs of shoes that I was not unhappy with, however they were not a true 41 and I asked for an exchange of a 42. This has proved to be very difficult and I feel they are procrastinating. After 2 emails I have received the same stock answer and am no further happy with the procedure. They have sent me a return address but no indication of a refund or exchange. They were delivered via Australia Post.

  2. Not happy with my purchase at all. Shoes arrived broken ? and the returns policy is misleading. I am expected to pay for return shipping even though product arrived damaged. Would never buy from them again!

do trust them save your money

  7. I ordered a US size 7 shoes and I received US size 8 instead. At first they try to offer me 30% refund, but I asked them to send me the right size. Then they told me I need to send it back at my own expense then they will send replacement. I sacrificed to tell them I will accept the 30% refund. But they said they will send something as a gift to compensate my loss. I don’t even know what they will send. This is ridiculous. Never ever buy anything from them. Horrible

  9. The products are TOTAL CRAP, NOT MADE TO FIT. THE COMPANY WILL NOT EVER GET AROUND TO REFUNDING YOUR MONEY AND ONLY OFFER 30%. Don’t waste your time and money.
