Neopraise complaints. Neopraise fake or real? Neopraise legit or fraud?

What is Neopraise?

It is an online shopping store that is selling women's and men's shoes, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have classified Neopraise as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address and contact phone number of this online store are not given on its website whereas legit companies shall always provide such information on their websites. This makes very clear that it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its email addresses i.e. se*****@*******ps.com and se*****@*********th.com are not related to its domain name.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling the products at unrealistic heavy discounted rates that none of the legit sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Likewise it has mentioned the website domain name of another website rather than its own on its Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, etc. pages i.e. Pronewearth.com but it has not provided any details about its link with that website whereas legit companies always mention their connection with other sister websites if they have any.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. It has mentioned that the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Considering the facts presented above, it can be said that Neopraise is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Do not order from this company. You will regret it. The product is trash. They are made out of what feels like cereal box cardboard. They refuse to give refunds and say that we have to send the product back. Please save yourself grief and do not shop there.
